The tree died within a week of being delivered, and when we asked for the tree to be changed or for an earlier collection of it we were told we would have to pay extra for these services. Everyone was very disappointed with the quality of the tree.

One tree nice but shorter than ordered - second tree on the skimpy side although not as bad as 2012.

for several years we have bought our tree from Roehampton Gate in Richmond Park, and I must say every year the tree has been amazing, this year we ordered from the website and it went wrong from the start. After selecting the premium service I was not aloud to pick day or time and when we did receive the tree we was out and it was just left lying in the drive, I must point out though I did speak to someone who arranged refund of this service. What I would like to know is are the trees you supply for home delv and Richmond park from the same supplier? this is as always we had a six foot tree and it was very sparse from 4ft which is where the branches stopped, and needles fell more this year which I must say has never happened before.I wanted to inform of this year as this is totally opposite to what we have had in previous years. We will still be buying our tree from you, but do you recommend buying from the Park\n\n

driver was four hours ahead of time. rang me at 3.00 to ask if he could drop the tree off earlier, I didn't answer as was at work. he then text me, and rang me again to ask if he could leave it with my neighbours. I said no as they are elderly on one side and disabled on the other and I didn't want it to be messy in their hallways. he was just very insistent that it wouldn't be messy as it was wrapped up, said it wasn't heavy (?!), that he'd been 'waiting in Brixton for an hour and would just have to wait another hour' and I basically felt so bad I asked to leave work (I'm a journalist at the guardian in kings cross) early and told him to leave it in my front garden if he had to go. when I got home the tree was freezing, soaking from the dew and really heavy, and I had to drag it into my house myself on my own as my boyfriend was away. it's not what I paid the delivery charge for! I specifically requested an evening delivery. I think it's atrocious service. even worse for you, all my colleagues at the guardian heard the conversations with the driver and were most unimpressed. I await your response.

In general the service was great, but I had some real problems with the website when I tried to update my details (change of address etc) and even after I had managed to change it all and place the order the system still produced the invoice with my old address on it.\n\nThe delivery was great, and as ever Ish and his assistant did a great job, but I wish it was possible to close in the delivery window a bit - even if only on the morning of delivery. I was the last delivery of the morning schedule ... so they were never going to get to me before noon - I wish I had known that at 8am!\n\nIn fact I would have been happy to have paid more for a tighter deliver time slot.

very poor service indeed. 3rd year in a row that there have been problems with delivery. 2nd attempt to sort today and still brought wrong lights. another attempt tomorrow - lets see. In my view, a full refund for this year is the only correct approach.

Hi\nreally disappointed with our tree this year, it had been pre trimmed, the bottom of the tree had its width taken off and is smaller than the width in the middle, and the top is very sparse of branches, with big gaps.\n\nRegards\n\nPaul

Hey!\n\nThank you for asking. Drivers were 2,5 hours late, which can be understood and excused. But, I believe, you will bring the quality of your service to the highest standards if you adjust two small but important things: drivers should have a cloth in a car, which they can use to wrap a tree on a way from car up to a place where a tree will be putted up (it will be ridiculous to ask the drivers to vacuum a staircase and flat); the drivers should bring shoe covers (I don't think that any of your client would like to ask the drivers to take shoes off). It will cost you nothing but will make the client happier, even if the drivers will be late.\n\nBest regards,\n\nRoman

Ive ordered my tree from you guys for years without any problems. This year's delivery was awful. I had someone wait at my house all day yesterday but the tree never arrived at all.\nI phoned and complained and was told it would be there before 9am today. It arrived at 9.20. i was late for work so this hasnt been the best experience in all honesty.\n\nLisa Smith\nIG6 1PF\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
