“My tree looks fabulous, Julian and Rumaisa was both lovely, I visited the Camden site on the Monday to have a look, and their sales advice was excellent, so I came back the next day and bought my tree, it's now up and decorated gold and white. Thanks”

“First of all, tree was a bit taller than expected which I was very happy about. I ordered a 6ft tree as I was afraid the tree would measure between 5ft and 6ft, but actually the tree was higher than 6ft which was great. Tree itself was beautiful, the branches were full, strong rich (I.e. no "holes" in the tree). The delivery and pre-delivery was very convenient. Several mails before the day of delivery. An e-mail one week before as a reminder. You receive an email in order to track your delivery on the day of the delivery and you receive another message that your tree will be delivered very soon (i.e. you are the next one to be served). Couriers were very friendly, clean and put the tree in its holder perfectly. Very happy about the service overall! Will definitely order here as well next Christmas!”

“This is the third year I had my Christmas tree from Pines and Needles. Both the outlet at Battersea park and the online shop are professionally run and provide efficient service. The quality of tree is always excellent!”

“We bought our tree from Pines and Needles in Battersea Park last year and it lasted for so long we decided to come back. Tafari and Fergus couldn’t have been more helpful picking out lots of trees until we found the perfect one, they even trimmed it for us! Both very smiley!! Thank you”

“Found out my tree delivery was cancelled due to snow today after I received an email asking customers to contact their drivers to find out if orders were going to be delayed or not. Called customer service to reschedule and confirm my delivery for another day. Then 5min later received a missed call from Pines and Needles, rang back and was told the delivery had to be pushed back even further to another day, was put on hold for 15min, then the adviser hung up on me. Rang back, re-explained the situation, was put on hold for another 7min for then to be told that they couldn't guarantee my requested delivery slot. Overall customer service was very bad, nobody seemed to care about the order or service provided, spoke to about 5 different people over the phone, the best they could offer me as compensation was an additional "mini tree", a partial refund they had to run by their 'logistics director' first. I eventually cancelled the order all together to avoid another 30min on the phone and they issued me a refund. I understand that weather conditions are beyond anyone's control but they should take more responsibility and be a lot more pro-active in finding solutions that keeps the customer happy. I won't purchase again with this company.”

“To be greeted with the offer of a mince pie is a wonderful beginning. We were shown a selection of superb quality trees by the charming and knowledgeable team. That Sven and the team turned an activity which can seem something of a chore into a pleasure should be applauded. So whether you are a huge fan of Christmas, or like me a bit of a Scrooge, you’ll walk away smiling and looking forward to it all!”
