“the tree didn't fit in the holder of last year - the tree is really very developed on one side and not the other and tilts therefore”

“The delivery was at 1.30pm instead of 8am-1pm. One long bottom branch was broken, so it looks a little uneven but apart from that, the tree looks good. Mike was very good.”

“i was told i would receive a swag. then told it would be delviered the next day. it never was and i ahd to keep chasing to get an answer. wreath delivered isntead, but not the same”

“Our first time trying you. Tree was "ok" a bit dry. Delivery was "ok" - bit rushed, quite messy but "ok" may try again, may not. We'll see.”

“Wronng tree was delivered. \nDriver also didn't know that I have booked fitting service as well, therefore didn't have tools with him. \n He did put all his effort and did his job brilliantly though. Shame he was put in such position though. \nKind regards,\nVictoria”
