“The delivery was fine but our tree turned out to be a disappointment. It was totally dead and shedding like crazy by Dec 20th. By Christmas eve it fell apart and lights and decorations literally fell off. We had to take it down late on Christmas day. Dreadful.”

“Great tree and great service from pines and needles, same about the delivery company look forward to next year. Tree been up for nearly 3weeks and as good as new.”

“The tree was quite dirty. I had to wipe it down with a cloth before we could decorate it. It seems to have a bit added to it at the top to make it 7ft, which is not right. The driver was very stressed and, as a result, not as helpful as he might have been.”

“The driver turned up almost 2 hours later than my scheduled slot. I had to call the office a few times to try and get an update of when the tree would be delivered and was told it would be 30 minutes, then another 30 minutes etc. When they eventually turned up, the guys put the tree up albeit it was crooked (they did recognise this but said there was nothing they could do) and they give me the wrong lights (I order 120 but they only had 200) which would not work as there was no plug attached. Although the drivers were friendly and apologetic I don't feel that I received a premium service and would not be keen on using the service again.\n\nHowever I would like to add that I did speak to the office about this on Thursday evening and the service I did receive was professional and very competent. I did receive a refund, however I would have preferred if the delivery and service was right.”

“Very nice tree as requested although lots of dead branches at the bottom. Friendly delivery men who we tipped handsomely only to later find the dead branches they took with them were dumped outside the house on the street. A pity after feeling we'd had pretty good service this year.”

“ordered an 8ft tree and you delivered a 12ft one? i had to chop about 3ft off, i would have had to chop it off even if it had been a 8ft tree as most of it was dead and brown! Not impressed”
