“Rony as usual helped me out. My old aids were well passed sell by date. Fitted with new aids, totally changed my life. Also have a phonak landline phone brilliant.”

“I contacted Pindrop as I had a bad wax build up in my right ear which was actually making me feel unwell and depressed. Yesterday I attended my appointment at Pindrop Winchmore Hill Branch and the change in my persona was amazing. I could hear again and the 'brick wall' in my ear had been knocked down. I am one very happy 72 year old bunny! Thank you Pindrop soooo much.”

“Rony and Pindrop were recommended by a friend in the industry who does not work locally. Due to sound trauma I have reduced hearing levels of lower frequency sound. Rony and team were extremely helpful trying different hearing devices and I would higher recommend contacting/visiting Pindrop.”

“I made contact with Pindrop after reading about their Microsuction facility. After three sessions with the patient and gentle Isobel, my build-up of wax was gone! Christina the practice manager dealt with queries and appointment changes with wonderful quiet professionalism. Thank you!”

“I was referred to Pindrop some 6 years ago by an ENT specialist consultant who could not help surgically. Ronny did a great job of analysing hearing loss and recommending the right thing for my circumstances. The free trial is helpful in ensuring the right kit for my situation - I have declined two separate systems which didn't help, but the one I have (Widex) is just the ticket. I am sure, as technology develops, that Pindrop will keep me up to date with any relevant additional solutions. I have had consultations now with several of the team and they are all most professional and helpful and give me great confidence. Well worth the long trip to London to see such a great team.”

“I have been with Pindrop for about two years and I have been more than satisfied with their care and attention. I chose Pindrop because, unlike several other hearing aid firms, they are independent and therefore will recommend whatever hearing device they think is suitable for their patients. I chose to go for the top of the range Lyric aids. They nestle inside the ear and therefore use the ear’s natural ability to convey sound. Many other aids are worn outside the ear and therefore do not do this. I suppose vanity also had something to do with my choice as the hearing aid is not seen by others. I have found that all the staff at Pindrop and professionally trained and extremely helpful and pleasant”

“Dear Ronnie, Thank you so much for the excellent treatment, I've had at Pindrop Hearing. I had great difficulty with the shell in my left ear and as a result it had to be replaced over & over again. I was treated with the utmost curtesy, friendliness and patience. I would highly recommend Pindrop to anybody.”

“As I am in my 88th year, it is not unusual to have had hearing difficulties for many years. I have tried several devices, both private and NHS with varying success. Two years ago I was sent to Pindrop by an eminent ENT specialist, and am pleased with their product;they are pleasant people to deal with, and very helpful.”

“Your consultant at your Harley Street office, Julita, took care of me and I wish to report that she was outstanding. She explained everything in great detail, was extremely patient and professional and was very considerate given that I was not certain that I needed hearing aids. She encouraged me to return to discuss my experience several times to ensure that I was comfortable with my purchase. Her technical skills were very reassuring and, as a result, I am very pleased that I used Pindrop and that I was lucky enough to have Julita as my expert consultant.”

“My experience with Pindrop has been fantastic. It took me quite a while to get used to the hearing aids but I persevered because the audiologists were so patient and so kind and the idea of hearing aids that you didn't have to put in or take out so immensely attractive.”
