“We got our wedding album done with Pikperfect and we simply love them! Ordered 30x30 lay flat and the 21x21 small photo album. Stephanie has been amazing throughout actioning all the feedback we gave perfectly and swiftly. The feedback interface was super easy to use as well. It was great to see the initial design without any commitment to take away the initial hesitations we had about using an online service. Highly recommend Pikperfect!”

“I ordered a layflat wedding album. The finished product is a work of art, and the entire experience was just phenomenal. I paid a little extra to have a designer help me put it all together and make sure it would look good it was SO worth it - Sarah (SK) was extremely helpful, patient (she did 7 drafts!), detail-oriented and professional. She thought of so many things I didn’t and made sure the quality/resolution of each photo was sufficient for how I wanted to use them in the album. The whole process was easy and even enjoyable, including the software/online design platform, and the turn around time was very reasonable. This is such a personalized offering and I was beyond impressed. An excellent value overall. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Will 100% order from PikPerfect in the future. If you’re on the fence, go for it! You won’t regret it.”

“I had the best experience using PikPerfect! They are so professional and patient giving you many chances to make changes to your album. I ended up updating my wedding album 9 different times. Everytime they sent the new updated album in a tinely manner, letting you add comments and text. I would recommend this to company for anyone wanting a professional wedding album without costing a leg and an arm. I got the layflat album and I'm so so happy with it! I loved the box it came in too.”

“The book came out really nicely, but the editing process was onerous. one should be able to add photos at the same time as you are adding notes. It is clunky to have to email the photos - I was never really sure what changes had been made- there was nothing highlighted, just an entirely new draft sent.”

Additional photos can also be uploaded directly on the website, but some customers find it easier to just email these to us if it's only a few. “I ordered a lay-flat album for my wedding album and it is amazing! The album is beautiful, excellent quality paper and book, and the photos look stunning. I was so thrilled when I received it! Everyone I have shown the album to says it is the best quality wedding album they've seen, and I agree! The process of making it was easy and fun, with the design team being incredibly helpful and together creating a gorgeous album. “Pikperfect was just the best choice to create something so special. They were very patient as I wasn't ready at times to proceed with the order due to taking my time to select the right pictures. I would advise don't rush the choice because it is a hard job when you have 1600 wedding photos to choose from! Making comments and changes was so easy and if there were pictures that were grainy they left comments before it went to print so we could change it. The quality of the book is unbelievable and it is just lovely to have a personlised service. Thanks so much!!!”
