“Our wedding album came out amazing! We did the 12x12 layflat and it was such a great price, cheaper than what our wedding photographer wanted for an 8x8. The PikPerfect team was so patient with my multiple rounds of edits, great quality to last years to come!”

“My experience with PikPerfect was fantastic! The team is super friendly, easy to work with and very helpful. The album created went through numerous revisions and there was no pressure to have it completed by a specific time! The printing quality is outstanding and the album arrived super quick after ordering. Definitely my go-to company for future photo albums!”

“Good morning! I found your customer service to be excellent and your turnaround time was lightning fast especially given your location in mind, I am in the United States. However, I am disappointed in that I thought the layout would be hard cardboard type pages instead of paper. Perhaps this was a misunderstanding on my part so I am not seeking a refund but I am wondering if you offer this option. I would very much like the book to have stiff hard cardboard like pages in a lay flat format.”

Hi Maia, thanks for your comments and feedback. We do offer thick cardboard pages with our premium layflat album, but unfortunately you did not choose this option when you started your album. “Beautiful page designs, creative layouts, and excellent quality! I really loved the process of working with Kai in creating an album that reflected the day of my wedding, as well as my own personal style. I appreciated many aspects of the process, especially the flexibility of the unlimited edits and style changes when arranging photos, selecting layouts, backgrounds, and colors. It's through the multiple edits that I was able to understand more about what I was looking for in regards to album design and style. Also, I was very happy with the cost and quality of the premium layflat album, and how Kai worked with me throughout the process to keep within my budget. Thank you so much for what will be a treasured keepsake!”

“I purchased an 8x8 in. flush mount wedding album with a linen/cameo cover and couldn't be more pleased! Ben and his team went above and beyond to create exactly what I wanted! I don't have an "eye" for design and really needed help in creating the perfect album. Throughout the process, which included several questions and several revisions, I never felt pressured. When I received my album, I was equally impressed with the quality. It is a treasure. Thanks! Dana”

Hi Albert, we're happy to hear you found the albums super :) I think the confusion stems from the fact that you started 12 different photo books simultaneously. “This company was so easy to work with. Unlike others, the pictures were easy to download, and they did a great job editing down my pictures where I had trouble doing so. I was able to make many edits, having them move pictures here and there and adding some, removing some. So easy and they were patient and efficient. They even caught one picture out of sequence before sending to print, and questioned that. Very quick ship.....I could not be more pleased. They designed several beautiful covers that I had a hard time deciding between....I could not be happier! THANK YOU!”

“I found Pikperfect very easy and efficient to deal with. Although I did most of the work myself with regard to the photo's, the rest couldn't have been more straight forward. The finished product is excellent and very good value for the money. I was kept very well informed regarding dispatch, tracking and delivery. “This is the second time i do my album with Pikperfect and again they impressed me with the design, the professionalism end to end, patience, the printing process and delivery. Everything was super smooth and the album is fabulous. I did my wedding album with them and now my baby’s first year album. Definitely amazing. I highly highly recommend them”

“I picked PikPerfect after messing around with several picture book sites. After some more tinkering on my pictures I decided to try letting them arrange the pictures for my book. This process was so simple and it was so easy to make changes. They do the layout for you and then you go through and make notes and changes. The books turned out amazing. Also, I had delays in deciding and they were very nice with helping me out and I appreciate the communication and patience with my indecision a lot. I will absolutely use them again. My parents (who received one of the books as a gift) are going to use them now too. I will definitely use the option to have them put the layout together as well, it was soooooo easy. 100% recommend.”

“You all should be more in tune with your follow-up emails and surveys. I've gotten multiple emails today asking how I like my photo book, but it hasn't arrived yet and is several days late with no update. You are basically giving customers a reason to give you a low review when you send these out prematurely.”
