“PikPerfect is great, they took the time to make sure the quality was fantastic. An example of this was the imagery. some of the images came out a bit blurry and they made sure they contacted me before going to print to ensure if I wanted to change imagery. Communication could have been a bit better with letting me know it was a bit late but they send it next day delivery when it was ready - That is client service care for you right there. Thank you PikPerfect. More orders on the way and every penny was well spent.”

“I was apprehensive as I wasn't sure how the album would look. I took a long while to pick my photos and then sent them off. I was very choosy and changed my mind several times but it was never too much trouble! The staff always sorted my request and it was perfect. My finished product is just stunning and worth the money!!!”

“We had terrible photos of our wedding and several issues with our photographer. Pikperfect edited and designed our album as we wanted it with very minimal edits and fuss. The album arrived in time and was excellent quality! They saved our album from being a disaster! We were very happy and would definitely recommend them!”

“I was looking for a wedding album for a client on a budget (£100-£120) and found that PikPerfect offered lay flat albums within this price range. I was attracted to the offer of new customers getting up to 25% off the first album design. What I didn't realise was that this literally refers to the cost of designing of the album, something that PikPefect do by default rather than expecting the customer to upload a design. I was a little disappointed to discover that this attractive-sounding offer saved me £4.50. In terms of the design service itself, I found myself having to repeat myself numerous times and discovering that some changes had been made that I hadn't stated. One the album had arrived, I was somewhat underwhelmed by the appearance and quality of the album. Despite being printed on 370gsm paper, the pages felt thin and flimsy. It didn't look much better than standard photo books you get printed at a fraction of the cost. I have to say I was a little embarrassed giving this album to the clients. I wasn't expecting premium quality at this price bracket, but I've bought far superior albums before for only slightly more money. I won't be ordering a wedding album from PikPefect again. Perhaps a cheap photo book, but nothing more. Regards, Ross”

Hi Ross, I'm sorry our service did not meet your expectations. The paper thickness for layflat albums is an industry standard when using real photo paper - we have printed thousands of these for couples as well as professional photographers, 99% of whom love them. If you're looking for thick cardboard pages, I would recommend ordering a flushmount album the next time. Hope that helps. Kind regards, Nick

To make them transparent they are listed both on our website as well as below every album draft you receive - all prices are fixed and do not change during the design process. If you have a question or doubt about something, please feel free to get in touch with your designer before purchase; they are always happy to help explain or change to an album that may better fit your budget. “ordered from NY and was very pleased with the wedding album I ordered. There is great customer service; the designer was very responsive by email. I really liked the fact I could go through multiple rounds of edits for the layout and order of the photos. The final product looked great & I was able to easily reorder a smaller copy for family members a few months later.”
