“The service I received was excellent. Amendments I requested were made quickly and sent back for further review. They were very patient with all the changes I wanted to make. I ended up with a gorgeous wedding album and the quality of it is superb. I would highly recommend Pik Perfect. Thank you for giving us an album that will last for generations”

“We just received my daughter’s wedding album. I cannot begin to describe how beautiful it is. I highly recommend the linen cover. Beautiful. The pages are thick and lay flat perfectly. The quality of the book is of the highest standards. Also, the customer service beyond helpful. They were patient with all of my changes and prompt in all of their responses. Thank you Pik Perfect”

“Pikperfect were superb to work with. All the work of designing a wedding album was done for me and I was able to make as many adjustments as I wanted. I loved how the photos were set out and all the background colours complimented the photos used. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends. Thank you for our gorgeous album.”

“Ich finde die Preisgestaltung auf der Homepage sehr unübersichtlich. Auf den ersten Blick geht nicht daraus hervor, dass die Gestaltungsgebühr nicht in dem angegebenen Preis für das Buch beinhaltet ist, obwohl diese ja auf jeden Fall anfällt. Die vorgeschlagenen Layouts haben mich erst nach mehreren Versionen überzeugt. Zu Anfang konnte man keinen Unterschied zu einem vom Programm erstellten Layout erkennen. Für mich hat die Erstellung genauso viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen, als wenn ich es gleich selbst gemacht hätte.”

Vielen Dank für Dein ehrliches Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass die separate Gestaltungsgebühr für dich nicht gleich ersichtlich war. Das Design selbst ist eine sehr persönliche Frage. Schade, dass wir Dich nicht genauso überzeugen konnten wie die meisten unserer Kunden. Beim nächsten Mal kennen wir Deinen persönlichen Stil auf jeden Fall schon, so dass die Gestaltung viel schneller gehen sollte. Wir wünschen Dir viel Freude an Deinem Album!

“kai was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The quality is great! Very happy with my wedding album. The delivery was sooner than expected. The only reason I didn't rate as excellent is b/c there was no way to enter in two different addresses for the two albums I ordered (one for me and my husband and the other for my mom) Best, Sharlene”

Hi Sharlene, We're happy to hear you like your wedding album :) While it's not possible to split the same order into two different shipments, you can complete purchase on the first and ship to one address, and then reorder the same album again, shipping to a second address. The only downside of this is you'll lose out on our flat rate shipping as you'll be paying for shipping twice. Hope that helps for future photobook purchases. Best regards, Nick
