“The book cover is very nice and the embossed printing is well done. I liked the help with layout and the ability to reposition images via notes to the designer. However, I was VERY disappointed in the printing quality of the images on the pages. The paper is and thickness is good, it is the actual images that are completely off. Some are too orange, some are too green, the black and white images are either totally flat with no saturation at all or look sort of blurry. There was no obviously no attention to image reproduction. All images supplied were hi resolution and could have been color adjusted to at least some sort of consistency. NONE of the color issues were apparent in the on line proofing stage of the book.”

Hi Courtney, We're very sorry to hear that, it definitely sounds like something went horribly wrong with your album printing. This should certainly have been caught before shipping, but I guess it slipped through in error (we're working multiple smaller shifts due to covid, which is causing some issues). Please email us some photos of the album, we'll certainly get this addressed and a new replacement sent out ASAP. Sorry for the trouble! Kind regards, Sonja

“Pik Perfect is a GOD SEND of a company. Their customer service and design team is simply unmatched. Being a wedding photographer, I am constantly having albums made through this company. Sometimes (more times than I'd like to admit) I miss photo doubles, spelling errors, or even pixilation errors - luckily their design team ALWAYS points them out to me before printing. My clients are over the hill happy with their albums. I couldn't recommend this company enough !”

“Amazing! From start to finish the process was seamless. I used the design service and Stephen worked with me every step of the way. All my questions were answered, they let me know if the quality of some photos were not as good as others. The draft looked amazing, and I ended up not making revisions because the first design looked great. We had the cover lasered etched with a design I sent, and it took our wedding album to the next level. Its so beautiful. The shipping was very quick, and the quality of the book is amazing. I would recommend PikPerfect to anyone looking to get any albums made.”

“We ordered layflat album for our wedding. The album layout sent to us were disappointing, it looked like self made shutterfly family photobook. After couple of revisions, we took the matter into our own hands and gave page by page instructions on what to do. The "designer" did make most of the changes we requested. The album quality is great but I wish the design aspect is better. It took us several weeks went back and forth to communicate the design for the album. The "designer" didn't really help with design.”

“We love our album it’s very professional and high quality. We appreciate the professionalism of the entire team especially during this pandemic where everything is a delay. “I ordered the layflat album with a leather cover for my daughter’s wedding photos and it turned out beautifully. Stephen did an amazing job designing the album, we love it. They make the process extremely easy; just upload your photos and their design team picks out the photos that best tells your story or if you like they will include all of your photos. They were very helpful and prompt in sending out examples with the different layouts to pick from before making a final decision. I highly recommend PikPerfect for your most precious memory’s!”

“I have made many photo books online. For my daughter's wedding album, I wanted something really special and decided to use PikPerfect after reading reviews. I liked the idea of having a designer help me through the process. I was assigned Kai, who was a huge help. Kai had a keen aesthetic eye, understood the ordering and layouts for telling a story, and was incredibly patient with this perfectionist client. We created a premium lay flat album for my daughter and son-in-law and two simpler parent albums. The larger couple album is absolutely stunning! The quality of materials and the photo printing are gorgeous - a treasured keepsake. The parent albums were much simpler and far less expensive, but equally well done. PikPerfect's customer service is outstanding. I recommend this company whole heartedly!”
