“Book is stunning. Quality outstanding. Definitely pricey but quality worth it. Want to give 5 stars but adding text very unfriendly and help wasn’t helpful. Gave up on adding text and will hand write. I would recommend this service and hopefully you will be more successful than me adding text.”

Hi Terry, Thanks for your feedback! You can certainly add as much text as needed in the photo book, but this cannot be done from a phone as the screen is too small, it's best to do this from a larger tablet or computer screen. “Die Qualität ist einfach nur der Wahnsinn. Der Support auch super. Warum es nicht 5 Sterne gibt? Wegen der Lieferzeit. Es hat super lange gedauert, bis das Album bei mir war. Ich weiß, es ist vermutlich ein langer Prozess Qualitative Alben herzustellen, aber die Wartezeit ist für mich persönlich zu lange. Wenn es nicht stört, kann ich PikPerfect nur empfehlen.”

Vielen Dank für Dein Feedback, Lea! Je nach Albumtyp beträgt unsere Produktionszeit normal um die 12-15 Arbeitstage, oftmals weniger. Uns ist bewusst, dass Anbieter für Standard-Fotobücher schneller liefern. Von daher hast Du recht: Gut Ding will Weile haben. :)

“Really lovely photo-book for our wedding, good quality and service - I had many revisions (and photos) along with some particular requests, and they made it just how we wanted. Takes a while to arrive but we were aware of that before ordering. Great!”

“I would give PikPerfect 4 starts. It had wonderful customer service. At first, I was shy to give feedback but the designer working with me was so friendly and responsive and she encouraged me to keep giving honest notes until I got the final product I wanted (a total of 5 drafts). My only constructive feedback is that I felt that the first draft was automatically done by a computer as the photos were all zoomed and cropped poorly. Perhaps this was the case. Nonetheless, the first draft required a lot of feedback which was a bit of a time sink. When I got the first draft, I was worried that the team maybe didn't take the time to actually look at anything before sending it. So, I had nerves about whether the customer service was really that personal. This of course changed the more I corresponded with the design team. I made the photo album for my mother in law and she LOVES it. We are both very happy with the product and would recommend PikPerfect to others!”

“Fotobuch ist hochwertig und gelungen. Kontakt war jederzeit freundlich. Der Weg dort hin war etwas schwierig. Preispolitik ist für den Kunden undurchsichtig. Feedback wurde gut umgesetzt. Alles in allem kann ich nicht einschätzen ob ich schneller „alleine“ gewesen wäre.”

“The quality of the book was very good. It took a while to get the photos in the right order, even though I had numbered them in order, they kept drafting as wrong order. I found the photos as quite small on the album, I think they could have been larger. The album was smaller than I thought I had first ordered. I like the fact that you were still able to produce good photos from very old and poor prints. Overall very pleased.”

“The book came out really nicely, but the editing process was onerous. one should be able to add photos at the same time as you are adding notes. It is clunky to have to email the photos - I was never really sure what changes had been made- there was nothing highlighted, just an entirely new draft sent.”

Additional photos can also be uploaded directly on the website, but some customers find it easier to just email these to us if it's only a few. “I find the service very good. Very friendly. The only thing that could be improved would be the ability to customize at home. You would save a lot of e-mail traffic. Maybe just leave the design to the professional, but you still have the option to edit it yourself. Many Thanks. With best wishes.”

“Die Online-Kommunikation habe ich als zuvorkommend und effizient erlebt. Für das Prozedere betreffend Bilder hochladen und Gestaltung des Albums hätte ich mir auf der Website genauere Angaben zur Vorgehensweise gewünscht. Das Album selber ist aber schön und in guter Qualität gestaltet.”
