“Honestly best services and great experience! Everyone communicated quickly and the layout was beautiful! I felt like we had more control over the process and look then if we went through our wedding photographer. Would absolutely recommend! Loved how it was packaged carefully and delivered in a timely manner.”

“unfortunately I had a dissapointing experience with this company. The quality of printing was not good, pictures were blurry at times and some colours were not relfected in the same way as the originals. suggested design of the album looks quite bad in reality as too much blank area is left on the pages and pictures are too small as a result. I do not know if the intention here is to save on printing paint.. If you choose this company I'd recommend to re-design the pages yourself to avoid my experience. I do not feel like customer support was helpful to solve the issues that I had.”

Hi Alina, I'm sorry you were disappointed with our service. The album was designed based on the styles you choose and included four rounds of revisions based on your feedback. The printed album has exactly the same design, so we're honestly surprised by your feedback. With regards to the printing, as noted earlier during the design phase, if an image is a little blurred in the original, it will print the same way. Kind regards, Nick

“Pikperfect is a great service. I had to do my wedding album and we had multiple events and so many pictures. Placing them myself was going to take so much time and I procrastinated because of that. But when I used this service where they place the pictures for you, it was so simple and I had a beautiful book Within weeks. Highly recommend!!!”

“We are so happy with our album! The PikPerfect people were so patient with me when I asked so many questions. I was so happy not to have to do all the arranging, etc. like you have to do with other companies. The quality is great. I did not do the layflat but I think that would have been a nice upgrade. They were also very patient with all the moving around of pics that they had to do. 5 stars!!!”

“I had tried a couple of photo book sites and attempted to create our album but could not achieve the standard I required for a wedding album. I sent all the photos to PikPerfect who selected what they felt told the best story, we then edited and amended a few times adding text and additional photos before agreeing the final draft. The editing and communication was easy and always completed quickly The finished result is truly amazing, was delivered on time, exceeded our expectations. We are both truly delighted and would highly recommend PikPerfect for any occasion.”

“My experience with PikPerfect was phenomenal! Reneé was very patient even when I took some time to get back to her due to my busy schedule! She took the time to review my wedding pictures and my album now tells a beautiful story. I got a normal size album and 2 parent copies and I cant wait to gift them to my parents and MOL. Quality is top notch. Could not be any happier with my purchase.”

“Fotobuch ist hochwertig und gelungen. Kontakt war jederzeit freundlich. Der Weg dort hin war etwas schwierig. Preispolitik ist für den Kunden undurchsichtig. Feedback wurde gut umgesetzt. Alles in allem kann ich nicht einschätzen ob ich schneller „alleine“ gewesen wäre.”

“I ordered 2 wedding albums from PikPerfect. The entire process was so easy. I picked the style of the album I wanted (lay flat). I then uploaded the pictures I wanted in each album. I decided to let them decide how to lay out the pictures for the albums. I must say they did an excellent job of laying out the pictures. I wanted to add a couple of pictures and they were very accommodating. They were so nice answering all my questions and making suggestions. I would definitely recommend PikPerfect for your albums. RP”
