“The app was very easy to use, and the team at PikPerfect were very helpful in pointing out an error I had made before printing the album - correcting the error for me. The album itself is superb. Good quality, clear prints beautifully presented in a quality album.”

“Great experience with PikPerfect! I had a last minute photo album I needed and they were very prompt with helping me with the design of the layout as well as the turnover for all my changes and edits. The shipping was quick and without hassle despite coming to me from overseas. Overall great experience and customer service. The book itself if of superior quality and I know it will make a great impression on the receiver!”

“Our wedding album arrived a couple of days before it was scheduled to, packaged well (good job as the UPS driver left it just sat outside our front door!!) and it was lovely to relive our wedding day again - the quality of the album was superb :)”

Hi Nataliya, We are sorry to hear you had such a poor experience working with us. We have contacted FedEx with regards to the album you say was not delivered. I looked up your order and see with every version of the album draft, Gabriel notified you about the poor image quality, but you never asked us to remove these images, nor did you send better replacements. When your originals are blurred, I'm afraid they will also print the same way. With regards to some of the images being slightly tilted, as explained earlier, a lot of the originals are tightly cropped, and if we tried to straighten them, we started losing important parts of the image on the edges. The album you received should be an exact match of the design you approved, but if you think there was an error made in print, please email us some photos of this and we will certainly rectify this for you. “This was such a fantastic experience. Will be definetly be using them again in the future! Took great time and attention to detail and helped our vision come to life!! Took 1 month of back and forth design feedback and would 100% do it again! Thank you to the entire team at Pikperfect! Espically Tom, who was truly wonderful throughout the entire process. “Our lay-flat album came out beautifully. The software was easy to use and came with a ton of page layout recommendations for the number of photos you want to put on each page, which was very helpful for me since I don't have a design eye. Their customer support was incredible. When I was done with the album and before they sent it to print, they sent me a design recommendation to ensure the album looked the best it could.”
