“Loved the experience, especially the warnings of pictures being too blurry. I think I avoided some mishaps due to that. I am hoping to do it again. Highly recommend for actually capturing memories where so much our photos are just passively sitting on our phones.”

“We ordered a premium lay flat wedding album and are delighted with the finished product. We chose to design the album ourselves, and the four rather than five star rating reflects the fact that the software system made it difficult at times to customise layouts and align images precisely. We managed to achieve what we wanted in the end, and PikPerfect were very helpful throughout, but the software made it quite a laborious process. That said, the finished album is lovely and appears to be of a very high quality - and at a very reasonable cost compared to that quoted by our wedding photographer.”

“The book looks nice. I was disappointed about how long the book took to send to the printers after I created it and paid for express shipping. The book came 6 days after its intended event, even though that information was included in the order, so there was no effort to meet it. I learned that you need 4-5 weeks to print. As well the cover fonts had limited options.”

After reviewing your order, I can confirm the book was delivered within our quoted lead time of 12-15 business days. We had also advised at the time of your order that, due to the busy holiday season, we may be unable to expedite production further. Regarding the cover font, we do offer customized embossing which offers complete flexibility in design and font choices. However, you opted for standard text embossing, which has a limited font selection. We’re pleased to hear you liked the overall look of the book and hope it will still serve as a cherished keepsake. “I can thoroughly recommend Pik Perfect! It is easy to design, the quality of the final product is top notch - the colours are vibrant, etc. Rene from customer service has been an absolute star asissting with minor technical glithes and spotting my design flaws that would have affected the printing. When one of the albums was printed with the cover photo being slightly off, a discount was offered, which, again, points to excellent customer service. Thnak you!”
