“Friendly service but user interface is clunky and difficult to use. Not practical to leave comments on photos to ask for them to be moved around (even when such photos were uploaded in the correct order) - should be able to drag and drop when revising before printing. Quality is good but I have abandoned moving photos around due to the time it takes to leave comments and ask for them to be moved.”

Hi Chris, Thanks for your feedback. As they do on your computer, photos are saved in the album by name or date and not in the order you upload them. If you would like the photos used in a sequence that is different from their name/date, it's best to rename them in the correct order before uploading. Our design service includes unlimited free revisions, and while it's easy to annotate your comments directly on a photo/s, it can get tedious if you need to move a lot of photos around in the design. That said, we're soon releasing a new DIY option that will allow you to review and move photos around as much as you want, we hope to have this live in the next few weeks! Best regards, Sonia

“I did NOT receive my photo album in the mail as FedEx delivered it without requiring a signature. I am still trying to get PikPerfect to respond as I have now paid A LOT of money without receiving my purchase.”

Hi Susan, As soon as you informed us that the package was not received, we filed a Lost Package claim with USP, but it can take a couple of weeks for them to complete their review and get back to us. While we have no influence over how UPS delivers, we're doing all we can to keep after them and hope to get this resolved ASAP. If they are able to find the package, they will reschedule delivery. But if not, we'll reprint a new copy and ship this out to you. Sorry for the trouble and delay this has caused! Kind regards, Nick

“Helena was great to work with! This was a layflat album of my daughter's wedding photos that I created for her & her husband for their anniversary. My daughter had some specifics things she wanted it to include and I knew the sequence and groupings of the photos and Helena was able to make it all come together! When it arrived, my daughter sent me a video of her going thru it and she was thrilled with the quality and the formatting, and of course the special memories she now has in an album!”

“I have been creating one of a kind layflat albums with PikPerfect and LOVE them. Their design service allows me to provide input into layout changes and works with me until everything is perfect. The quality of the albums in unmatched to anything I have been able to find in the US. I could not recommend them more!”

“The one thing I would change is that there should be a link to upload photos on every communication. Having to wait an extra day to do this after I requested it slowed down the process inordinately.I am very pleased with our lay flat book. It took 8 iterations to get it right. I really appreciated the design team's efforts to make sense of an overwhelming number of images.”

“We were so excited to receive our premium lay flat wedding photo album, and it was much more higher in quality than we could have ever imagined. “I would recommend to everyone! So easy to navigate the website with open friendly communicatiom from start to finish. I ordered a wedding layflat 12x12 photobook. I sent over all my photos I wanted and my design was back within 48hrs! I asked for a few minor changes which were immediately sorted and they even picked up that one photo I may want to change due to the resolution not being as high as the other photos. Very happy with the final product.”

“We love our wedding album and box! The quality is amazing beyond words!. The whole process and team were so easy and professional to deal with from the initial steps, to the edits, to the postage (all the way to Australia). Amazing value for money compared to other companies, as PikPerfect offer design services and edits as well in their price. Our wedding day memories will be forever cherished in this beautiful album. “I am extremely happy with the PikPerfect wedding album presented to my daughter. I chose the layflat style and for the cover I selected smoky white linen with gold lettering. The album is professionally made and very elegant. The additional wooden box is a nice finishing touch. I was also very impressed with the back and forth emails from Tom. Tom made sure that the album was exactly how I wanted it before going to print and also made suggestions on a few of the photos to ensure quality. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend PikPerfect to others.”
