“I found that PikPerfect are very professional, timely and helpful. They listened to my comments all the while giving me their professional advice in order to ensure my album was as great as can be. “I cannot recommend PikPerfect highly enough! I got our wedding album and we are just delighted with it! The quality is second to none. Philip is a patient and hardworking designer who made the process of putting together a wedding album fuss free! He kept me informed every step of the way which was appreciated. PikPerfect is a very easy and affordable service which I look forward to using again!”

“The pictures themselves were beautiful and high quality and the design team was friendly and accommodating. However, each revision took at least another day, and we sometimes had to explain things several times before they understood what we wanted. It would have been nice if there were a way to communicate with the design team in real time or to just make small changes ourselves. Additionally, we ordered the premium, flush-mount album, which was supposed to have extra-thick, rigid pages, but the pages were not as thick as most other wedding albums I've seen and still a bit bendable, so it seems somewhat misleading to call it extra-thick and rigid. Moderately-thick and semi-rigid at best.”

Hi David, I'm sorry you're not entirely happy with the album. The page thickness we use is an industry standard and what you'll receive from most professional album makers. While we can offer even thicker pages on request, doing so significantly reduces the maximum number of pages and hence is not a popular option. Kind regards, Nick

“I am not the best with computers but PikPerfect were so helpful and patient with me in uploading my wedding photos. They were quick to make any changes I requested and also gave me good suggestions and plenty to pick from. I have just received my wedding album and I am completely delighted with it. The quality is brilliant. Would Def recommend them . Thanks again”

“I am so pleased with my PikPerfect wedding album, the service from start to finish was amazing. The designer did a fantastic job and there wasn't a long wait between the different stages, nor did I have to wait long for the final product. The album came well packaged, and you could tell straight away the quality in the bounding and pages. I have had many compliments on how good the album looks. I have no problem in recommending PikPerfect and will use them again for travel albums in the future.”

“PikPerfect is great, they took the time to make sure the quality was fantastic. An example of this was the imagery. some of the images came out a bit blurry and they made sure they contacted me before going to print to ensure if I wanted to change imagery. Communication could have been a bit better with letting me know it was a bit late but they send it next day delivery when it was ready - That is client service care for you right there. Thank you PikPerfect. More orders on the way and every penny was well spent.”

“I was apprehensive as I wasn't sure how the album would look. I took a long while to pick my photos and then sent them off. I was very choosy and changed my mind several times but it was never too much trouble! The staff always sorted my request and it was perfect. My finished product is just stunning and worth the money!!!”

“We had terrible photos of our wedding and several issues with our photographer. Pikperfect edited and designed our album as we wanted it with very minimal edits and fuss. The album arrived in time and was excellent quality! They saved our album from being a disaster! We were very happy and would definitely recommend them!”
