“I was very disappointed in the quality of my wedding album. The pictures all had a tint that made our complexions pink and unnatural. They looked nothing like the originals.”

Hi Leah, We're sorry to hear your album did not turn out as expected. The images should certainly not have a tint to them. It sounds like something may have gone wrong in production and was not caught before shipping. Please email your designer some photos to demonstrate the problem, we'll then certainly reprint and send out a correct copy. Sorry for the hassle! Best regards, Nick

“I am so thankful I chose PikPerfect AG to design our Wedding Book. I knew I had made the right decision after seeing the first draft. I was very overwhelmed (too many unnecessary pictures upfront), but the design team was amazing and very responsive to any changes or questions I had. “We were very happy with our album! It took 3 or 4 rounds of editing, and the team at PikPerfect really worked with us to get us what we wanted within the price range we wanted to stick to! The only thing I’d make folks aware of is that if you use your own design in the cover, I was surprised that it was just printed on the cloth rather than embossed. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful book with very high quality pages (we got the flat paged album) and I would absolutely use PikPerfect in the future and recommend to anyone!”

You chose the latter, which is why your cover has a printed title, but we can certainly emboss the same title for you too. Please reach out to your designer, they will be happy to help. “Die Qualität ist einfach nur der Wahnsinn. Der Support auch super. Warum es nicht 5 Sterne gibt? Wegen der Lieferzeit. Es hat super lange gedauert, bis das Album bei mir war. Ich weiß, es ist vermutlich ein langer Prozess Qualitative Alben herzustellen, aber die Wartezeit ist für mich persönlich zu lange. Wenn es nicht stört, kann ich PikPerfect nur empfehlen.”

Vielen Dank für Dein Feedback, Lea! Je nach Albumtyp beträgt unsere Produktionszeit normal um die 12-15 Arbeitstage, oftmals weniger. Uns ist bewusst, dass Anbieter für Standard-Fotobücher schneller liefern. Von daher hast Du recht: Gut Ding will Weile haben. :)

“They made the making of the most valuable album I own a breeze! I gave them ALL the pictures and they chose, sorted, and made a great album. We made many little suggested changes and they would respond and fix and send updated digital album within 24 hours. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product!!!”

“I have ordered three 12x12 lay-flat albums from PikPerfect and was happy with each of them. Victor at PikPerfect made all changes I requested over the course of several drafts, the turnaround time between drafts was quick (often overnight), and the albums came out beautifully, at reasonable prices. PikPerfect made and sent one album to my son's in-laws in China, using the couple's Chinese names.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the wedding albums I ordered. I ordered a regular photo book for my mom as a gift to showcase all her hard work on planning the wedding. It is beautiful. I also ordered the lay flat album for the actual wedding album and it is exceptional quality! The process of putting the albums together was also great… it would have taken me forever to put all the pictures and layouts on the page, but having pikperfect do an initial draft and just be able to move pictures around or change certain layouts made it so much easier and they were happy to work with me until I got the books Perfect! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future!”
