Hi Megan, we're sorry to hear you're not entirely happy with the album. We print on professional Fuji album paper, so the images should be as crisp as the originals. And in cases where the original is not entirely clear, you are notified about this during the design process. That said, if there was an issue in production, we will certainly rectify this for you. “What a great value! The designers did all the work, and turnaround time for each revision was only a couple days at most. The book itself is great, the paper is super thick, the book does lay flat, and for the price I think this is a great deal when factoring in how much time this would have taken me to do by myself. So glad I let the designers do this instead of me! I recommended this service to my neighbor!”

“I have been so pleased with PikPerfect! We looked at several sites to do our wedding album, but settled on PikPerfect after reading the reviews and doing research. We are so happy with this decision. Simone did a wonderful job on our lay flat wedding album, and then helped edit it again for a smaller parent book. Edits were always done promptly and they did a great job of listening to our feedback, while also maintaining photo integrity. We are so very pleased with out book and how our memories are preserved. We highly recommend and will use again in the future!”

“I was researching for recommendations on creating wedding albums from various wedding websites. I ultimately chose pikperfect because of the positive reviews and their design service. Because of my busy work schedule, it was so convenient and totally worth having to pay a bit more to have pikperfect sort through my pictures and design the theme of the album and the layout for me. Nicholas was fantastic - he did a good job with the overall arrangement of pictures and theme. I ordered my album in linen and I’m satisfied with the quality. I’m also satisfied with the quality of paper and the entire album. The pictures were printed beautifully. Thank you so much pikperfect - my husband and I love album! I would totally recommend others to use pikperfect for creating wedding albums!”

“I can’t recommend PikPerfect highly enough - they are fantastic! The design service is amazing, Gregory created the wedding album I always dreamed of but never had the time (or skills) to make myself. He responded really quickly to my feedback and made multiple edits to the book until I was completely happy. I wish you could find customer service like this more often. I also thought the pricing was extremely reasonable given the high quality product and service. I would highly recommend using PikPerfect to anyone looking for a high quality photo album without the expense and effort of other websites.”

“We ordered our wedding album through PikPerfect and found it fantastic. The finished book is amazing - fantastic quality and so professional. We are thrilled with it. I liked that I could directly speak to the designer and rearrange the pictures. We saved so much money compared to getting it through our photographer with no compromise on quality. I love it !”

“I ordered our wedding album and when I seen the quality and service, I decided to order two patent albums also. The service was amazing, Simone looked after me and catered for our budget. The quality is amazing, the delivery time is workable too. We were so impressed with the service. The website is very easy to navigate around and Simone was so flexible and helpful. I would without a doubt recommend this company. We also got a lovely calendar issued for free as a bonus, which is fab to have. Our album is unique and of outstanding quality- I would 100% recommend Pikperfect.”
