“I would like to thank PikPerfect for creating an absolutely stunning wedding album for my husband and I. The quality of the album is outstanding and the images look amazing! There is something very special about a printed photo album. We can’t wait to show the album to our family and friends. As well as delivering a beautiful album, PikPerfect had outstanding customer service, they responded to emails quickly, made alterations within 24 hours and the photo upload process was very easy. I would recommend PikPerfect to anyone thinking about having their precious wedding photos printed in a photobook!”

“LOVE!!! Absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I love it. I loved the fact that I could upload my pictures and choose a design and not have to worry about how it would look because a designer was going to design it for us. It came out so perfect! I can’t wait to use my photo book as my guestbook at my wedding!!! Thank you SO much!”

“My wedding album turned out better than I could have expected! My favourite part about pikperfect is that you can choose your favourite wedding photos and they do all of the work for you! I found it so tedious to try and upload photos and arrange them myself in an album. I could never have done as good a job and the price point was the same!”

“The process was so-so. It wasn’t totally intuitive and you have to load everything upfront all at once. I thought you could save and do more later, no. So be ready when you start. You don’t layout anything, another confusion on my part. They do it all. We had 4 iterations, which isn’t too bad. But the book itself is disappointing. The product looks and feels cheap. Based on what I understood, I had very different expectations. This does not seem high quality. And the colors are off. Oddly a lot of the images look almost orange. Overall disappointing.”

Hi Elle, we're sorry to hear you were not entirely satisfied with your order. Your wedding album should print exactly like the original submitted, but if you feel this is not the case, please email us some photos of this so we can look into it for you. If an error was made in production, which can occasionally happen, we never hesitate to correct it for you. With regards to the quality, if you were looking for thicker pages and more cover options, I would recommend choosing a premium layflat album the next time. We look forward to hearing from you. “I loved the easy design process and how quickly I got new versions of my album back after I made edits. The book is GORGEOUS and the pages are so thick. I can't wait to give the smaller albums to our families soon. I will definitely recommend PikPerfect to my friends and family and hope to come back in the future to create another amazing album.”
