“The book looks nice. I was disappointed about how long the book took to send to the printers after I created it and paid for express shipping. The book came 6 days after its intended event, even though that information was included in the order, so there was no effort to meet it. I learned that you need 4-5 weeks to print. As well the cover fonts had limited options.”

After reviewing your order, I can confirm the book was delivered within our quoted lead time of 12-15 business days. We had also advised at the time of your order that, due to the busy holiday season, we may be unable to expedite production further. Regarding the cover font, we do offer customized embossing which offers complete flexibility in design and font choices. However, you opted for standard text embossing, which has a limited font selection. We’re pleased to hear you liked the overall look of the book and hope it will still serve as a cherished keepsake. “I can thoroughly recommend Pik Perfect! It is easy to design, the quality of the final product is top notch - the colours are vibrant, etc. Rene from customer service has been an absolute star asissting with minor technical glithes and spotting my design flaws that would have affected the printing. When one of the albums was printed with the cover photo being slightly off, a discount was offered, which, again, points to excellent customer service. Thnak you!”

“Even if I didn’t have an unusual request that no other company besides PikPerfect was able to accommodate ( I wanted some of the embossed type in the cover to be backwards), I would still be blown away by the very high level of PikPerfect’ product quality, as well as their caring, attentive and basically PERFECT customer service. I simply cannot say enough good things about these nice people and their wonderful company.”

“I love the photos and the book is beautiful and well made, the only thing I did not think was worth it was the box. It comes open very easy and is really flimsy there is not very strong magnets that barely keep it together. I wish I would have looked elsewhere for a box that latches and for the amount asked I feel like this should be more well made. I do not recommend getting the box but the photo book is fantastic and old recommend this.”

“Thrilled with our wedding album - we went with the premium layflat option and, my goodness, is it beautiful. The whole process was frankly amazing. We wanted lots of low res iphone photos included alongside the professional ones, and the designer was really patient and worked hard to make sure we ended up with the best possible result. It's not a cheap option but you get what you pay for - ie. incredible quality. So happy I made this choice and already planning to make more albums of our family memories...”

“Gutes Online Design-Tool, habe einige ausprobiert, für mich war am einfachsten zu benutzen. Sehr gute und rasche Kommunikation zu spezifischen Design-Fragen, Bestellung, Produktion und Lieferung, alles sehr persönlich. “I am delighted with my recent order. I ordered a 30cm square album and the pocket books. I was worried the pocket books would be too small but they are perfect. The programme on your website to design them yourself is so easy. I really enjoyed the process and I love how I designed it so feels more personal. I rarely write reviews ony when I'm blown away. My sister married next year so I will insist she uses yourselves for her album! Thank you so much 😁”
