“I absolutely LOVE PikPerfect! This was my first experience doing a photo book. I didnt know what I was doing, so I had them design it for me. It is fabulous! The designer spent a lot of time with me and we went through several drafts. At first I thought traditional white pages were the way to go. But the book seemed to be missing something. I asked the designer to do what they thought was right, since they're the professionals. So my book has a lot of character! They added color blocks, some collages, and used the traditional blank pages for large pages with 1 picture. Our wedding was small, with only the people standing up for us in attendance. But the pictures are displayed so well that it looks like a fully planned wedding that didn't miss a detail! I will definitely use PikPerfect in the future! Hopefully Renee will still be there. If given the option to request a designer, I'll ask for her again! Thanks, PikPerfect for preserving our wedding and memories so beautifully!”

“Ich habe ein Layflat-Album zu meinem 50. Geburtstag machen lassen (30x30 cm) und bin super-begeistert vom Resultat. Ich kann PikPerfect wärmstens empfehlen, das Preis-Leistungsangebot stimmt für mich 100% und auch sonst war alles top: Qualität, Designvorschläge und Umsetzung der Korrekturen, technische Umsetzung der Feedbackmöglichkeit, super-angenehmer Austausch. Und die super-sympathische Familie, die dahinter steckt, unterstütze ich sowieso sehr gerne ;-)”

“I have spent many months putting together my daughters first year in pictures. Simone and the Pik Perfect team did a fantastic job designing my daughter’s album. I could not think of a better and more trusted team to create something exceptionally beautiful. They were so patient and helpful. I am so happy to have found a design team who I can trust to create the most gorgeous photo albums. I highly recommend them.”

“Absolutely disappointed. It took several months to get this book. Yes, some of the delay was on my approval but when finalized, it still took well over the 20 business days. The response I received is we’re a family owned business and to be patient. That i don’t mind - just be transparent so your buyer can plan accordingly. I ordered in early December and missed Christmas plus Feb birthday which i was going to repurpose the gift because of them being overloaded. I finally decided to google the CEOs email him which helped speed things up. The quality is good but took a lot of hand holding with the designer and patience on delivery. Yes, “slightly” cheaper than other premium providers but still expensive plus a lot of time needed to get to an artistic & non-duplicated result. Took several rounds with detailed feedback to explain that there duplicate photos in each round of revisions and the overall structure lacked artistic appeal. Very disappointed - was looking for a long term partner to continue to capture family milestones. Clearly not the skillset i expected for the price point.”

Hi Shea, we're sorry to hear you were so disappointed with the service. I looked up your order and see that you chose a clean design style to start with, but then commented you found it too simple when we presented the first draft. While we can design the album in any style you want (and are happy to update it based on our feedback), it can take a couple of rounds of feedback to get a clearer understanding of what appeals to you. But once we settle on something, subsequent album designs go much faster. As these are custom-made albums, if an error is found in production, it can delay shipping by a few days. Sorry about that, but making sure we don't compromise on quality is important to us. Kind regards, Sonja

“We love our wedding album! It is high quality, and looks so beautiful. The design service was so impressive - Renee did a fantastic job of organizing our photos, creating the layout, and we are SO happy with how it looks (and to not have had to design it ourselves!). The customer service was also fantastic. Our only struggle was that the website failed to convert the fees to CAD correctly, so that threw us off when preparing to finish our order, but the customer service team helped us to resolve this!”

“I would like to thank PikPerfect for creating an absolutely stunning wedding album for my husband and I. The quality of the album is outstanding and the images look amazing! There is something very special about a printed photo album. We can’t wait to show the album to our family and friends. “LOVE!!! Absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I love it. I loved the fact that I could upload my pictures and choose a design and not have to worry about how it would look because a designer was going to design it for us. It came out so perfect! “My wedding album turned out better than I could have expected! My favourite part about pikperfect is that you can choose your favourite wedding photos and they do all of the work for you! I found it so tedious to try and upload photos and arrange them myself in an album. I could never have done as good a job and the price point was the same!”
