“The process of creating a book for my wedding was as easy as it could possibly be. My wedding was almost 15 years ago; all my pictures had to be converted to digital format, and I had almost 600 of them. I gave them all to Pikperfect, let them decide which to use, and trusted the process. They did a great job touching up the photos as best they could, and created a truly memorable book that I will treasure. The editing process was easy, and after a few emails, the book was complete. Literally, it was that easy. Love this product!”

“I had a great experience working with the team in trying to amend the album several times until I was happy with the final version. I am so pleased with the high quality album I received. pikperfect is deffinitly the website I recommended for anyone who is trying to make an album online as you get to see what your album will look like before purchasing. “The print's quality is very awesome. Make sure when you order the album choose the right paper size. Unfortunately I chose the wrong size but my clients were happy anyway. Sincerely, Arthur Soifer Photography”

“My wife and I ordered a wedding photo book. I found the process frustrating and tedious (back and forth via email with the designer until we got things right). Even with clear written instructions often get misconstrued. I would have much preferred a telephone conversation with the designer especially towards the end, but sadly pikperfect do not offer this service. I was equally surprised to learn that pikperfect do not edit photos e.g adjusting colour or lighting, which meant I had to do this myself. On the other hand the designer was extremely patient and responded to emails promptly. I would rated the process as Normal. However, this would be a little unfair because truth be told, my wife and I are fairly happy with the end product. Hence the good rating.”

“I ordered wedding albums ordered as a Christmas gift to my parents and in-laws. I cannot speak to the quality of the final product, but I'm assuming it was amazing because my parents and in-laws were thrilled. It would have been ideal if the site could have shipped the 2 albums to 2 separate addresses. I had to ship both albums to my parents and have my parents ship one to the in-laws. Other than that, it was a pleasant and painless experience.”

“The quality of our wedding photo book was brilliant. The product looks really professional and is not flimsy at all. The photo printing and leather cover are top quality. And the process of designing the book was very simple. PikPerfect had a first go at the design and then it was really easy for us to leave notes on photos to say if we wanted their layout changed, and there was no limit to the number of times we could request changes before the book was sent to print. The responses was also always prompt - normally our comments had been processed within 1 working day. We are already doing another photobook through PikPerfect and would recommend them to everyone.”

“The service provided by Pikperfect was excellent from start to finish. They delivered ontime and the quality was exceptional. They did, as advised, point out where the quality of images was not good and gave good advice. In the end it is the choice of the customer to accept what is provided; and to this end Pikperfect did not fail. An excellent quality finish photo album that will be treasured.”

“I am very pleased with my photobook, the quality of the album and the paper is excellent and it provides good value for money. You have to be quite directive in what you want to make sure it's representative of your wedding and in the right order but my designer was patient and all requests were quickly answered. I would suggest though that more choice of design and paper options are given to match closer what you can get from a photographer's album. I would not have minded paying a little more for more ideas on design and even better paper quality.”
