“Loved the album! Turned out great and Raphael was very patient with all my changes! The only thing was I thought the album storage box will be the same color as the album but it was black. But very minor thing the album and photos were otherwise wonderful! Thank you. ”

“Initial there was an error made in my album with the print. The quality of the photos were amazing but the coloring was off. I cannot describe how impressed I am with how the company handled this issue. They were proactive in contacting me after I expressed my concerns and confirmed there was an error made. They were so efficient in correcting the situation and handled it in such a professional manner. They have since sent me an updated album at no additional cost. I highly recommend this company!”

Hi Amanda, Sorry to hear there was a problem with your album. We print these books on Fuji photo paper, so there should be absolutely no loss of resolution or color. It sounds like something has gone wrong with the printing and was unfortunately not caught before it shipped out. Please email your designer a few photos to demonstrate the issue, we'll then arrange for a free replacement to be sent out ASAP. Sorry for the trouble! Best regards, Nick
