Has what is necessary but not sure for the price it is value for money

I returned the telescope cos it was faulty I should not have had to pay return fees

You reported a fault with the small finder scope (telescope accessory), the telescope itself was not faulty and this GoTo telescope could have been used without the faulty part. Within minutes of you originally contacting us to report the problem we replied advising that we would contact Celestron and ask them to replace the part. Celestron did ship the replacement part to you a few days later, we made you aware of this and you said: "Thanks for your reply but I have packed it all up back in box now. So I would rather return it now. thanks". You had the replacement part, but chose to return a telescope that was not faulty, you are quite within your rights to do this. We couldn't really have acted any faster to help resolve the small issue you had, sadly you decided that you wanted to return the telescope.

Sincerest apologies for the problem, the item ordered was an MP3 player, the earphones supplied with the product were faulty, we applied a part refund in lieu of the earphones (because the product is now discontinued, and we would not supply a replacement). Regular earphones work fine with this MP3 player, the customer already had some that worked.
Okay. Customs duties on multiple deliveries of one order a bit of a nuisance.

Picstop did what they said they would do... it's hard to write a review when the product is an off-the-shelf item... so what I can say is there were no glitches or hold-ups or problems I encountered...Picstop did what they said they would do!

Hello, Sincerest apologies for the error on our part, we had inadvertently swapped the labelling on two orders during packing. We re-shipped the correct product which arrived within the original delivery estimate and sent a FreePost address for the return of the incorrect item at our cost. Thank you for your help and understanding.
My card appears to be faulty, It has not worked since purchase. I am not PC competent therefore I rung my nephew who is, he talked me through various checks over the phone and it appeared that the card capacity was not correct. I phoned your company and spoke to Paul who was very helpful and assured it was very unlikely that card would be at fault and suggested that I spoke to Next Base about my Dash Cam operation. I looked up on web site for their tel no and the number listed does not answer or is permanently engaged. Therefore I am no better off regarding problem I have two other cards that work perfectly okay on my Camera and when put in card reader in PC. When card is put in card reader on PC comes up with Error faults : File reading failed. Your input can't be opened

Hi I cannot give a review at the moment. I have set it up but have not used it so far as it cloudy and very cold to go out at night. Yesterday I tried to focus on the Moon from the bedroom window. I could see it in the finder but could not see it through the viewfinder. I live in an apartment block so I need to go on the roof and try it out. Sorry but I am unable to say much at this time.

Purchased a memory card on the 16th Dec, received an email to say it was dispatched on the 17th Dec, the card actually arrived on the 4th Jan. I understand this is an issue with the delivery service not your store, but just frustrating when product doesn't arrive when expected. The product seems good and the price was the best I could find. Would have been 5 stars if not for the delivery issue.

Prices OK but Slow delivery to UK. Had to order same product from Amazon as my order was needed and that delivery arrived the next day. Need to improve your delivery times to compete.

Apologies for the poor service, this was shipped on time on the 07/12/2020 16:01:16 via a Royal Mail tracked service, although this was during the busy Christmas period this still took until the 19-12-2020 to arrive with you.
