About PicStop:

Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Browning, Skywatcher, Bresser, Unistellar, National Geographic, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites.

“The product was great and delivery was quick but it had a defective plug on arrival. I mentioned the problem the PicStop's customer service and was blown away by a level of service that I thought no longer existed. I was contacted personally by email and phone and received an apology from Paul. I was told how the problem would be solved, and then kept me informed about an issue that arose due to Coronavirus lockdown measures affecting supply. Not content to wait for the supplier, Paul arranged to get a similar part from an alternative supplier (Celestron). That supplier contacted me directly by phone and arranged for the part to be couriered to me next day. Excellent service - and on that basis I'd give 6 stars if I could. Thank you so much Paul.”
