Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Browning, Skywatcher, Bresser, Unistellar, National Geographic, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites.

“Good price and timely delivery.”

“I ordered a tripod for my telescope. It arrived in good time but after opening and inspecting the item, it proved to be wholly unsuitable for mounting a telescope so I carefully repackaged everything and paid the £15.76 return postage to the Isle of Man. Upon receipt, Picstop decided for some reason, that they would only refund me £79.99 which was £10 less than I had paid originally. When I tried to contact them to find out if this was deliberate or a mistake, they just would not answer any of my emails or messages. I have since recovered a full refund by disputing the refund through my credit card company. In summary, I would buy nothing from PicStop again”

We have no issue accepting returns, in this instance the customer was fully aware he could return if unopened. When the item arrived back, the transit box and retail box were opened but also crucially damaged and therefore not in a condition to be re-sold. The product was sent back to the supplier for re-packaging, for which there is a charge. We would always reply, however, we received no emails or messages after the product was received back.

“I would normally give 5 stars for Picstop but in this instance when my requested item was not in stock they failed to tell me. All previous orders from Picstop have been dispatched quickly. After I chased the matter a substitute was offered and the price difference was refunded. Not the quick efficient service I have received in the past, however, this experience will not stop me from using Picstop in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”
