Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Browning, Skywatcher, Bresser, Unistellar, National Geographic, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites.

“Good company but annoying website with a large chat-help icon bottom right hand corner and envelope/discount icon top left hand corner that cover up too much space whilst scrolling up and down the page covering up items you are looking at. Prices are reasonable but most items can be bought cheaper on ebay. Delivery was fast. Would i order from picstop again ? Maybe...maybe not. The dual usb stick i bought could not be bought cheaper anywhere else but other items i would have purchased were cheaper elsewhere..shop around.”

Thank you for the feedback on this. The issues you described only really affected viewing on a mobile phone. We have addressed these issues by removing the discount icon and reducing the size of the help bubble. Regarding pricing, you can always find products cheaper if you search long enough, can you be sure they are authentic or from a reputable source such as an established company of over 20 years online.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear there was a delay, I apologise for this, your order was placed on Black Friday, and significant increase in mail volumes did delay some deliveries around that time, just as they did last year. Apologies for the slow delivery this time.

“The service was good, I got my product delivered quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the product wasn't any good, not PicStop's fault at all. Returns was fine. My grumble such as it is, and I don't have all that much of one as they were reasonable in all ways, other than, in the end, with postage, it cost me £20 to send the £90 product back -£10 postage and £10 off from them, I don't know why. Perhaps it was to cover the cost of sending me back something I inadvertently packed with my return, the problem being it never got returned even though they said it would be. Not a major problem as it wasn't valuable, but a glitch nonetheless. Overall I thought they were good, just these slight grumbles means a three star review.”

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear this did not work out. We are aware that shipping an item of this size can be relatively expensive, however, it should not have cost youy £20 unless sent on a fast service, which may not have been necessary as the item was simply unwanted. The item that you inadvertantly sent with the return was definitely posted back to you, expect delivery of that soon. Thank you.

“I always took it for granted Picstop was cheaper than anyone else, was very disappointed to find the same memory card on the official Nintendo site for £8 less! I will defiantly shop around next time.”

Thank you for your feedback. We were more expensive in this instance, we simply can't be the lowest price for everything, it's just not possible. What a real shame to lose a customer that has ordered with us so many times just because we were not the cheapest this time. We had an alternative & compatible product that was in fact another £12 cheaper than the Nintendo branded offering, we could have guided you to this product had you contacted us.

But I asked for price in Euros, and it was shown in Euros throughout, so I used my Euro-denominated credit card, but then found that Picstop billed my card in GBP so I got hit with exchange rate loss and charge. If it had been clear I would have used a GBP-denominated card.”

Apologies for the slow delivery of this order, we did ship on time, sadly we've had many delays with shipments during the Covid-19 lockdown and most customers have been very understanding.
