Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Browning, Skywatcher, Bresser, Unistellar, National Geographic, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites.

“I didn’t get my goods. And I’m asked to review them here. PicStop have been very responsive but states the parcel was collected, the courier denies collecting. PicStop did refund me quickly with no quibble. But disappointed to be asked to review what I didn’t have, and disappointed I don’t have it as it was a Christmas gift.”

Thank you for your more than fair feedback. Please accept our apologies for the problem with this order. Our courier (Parcelforce) picked up this package as part of a consignment of multiple pallets of boxes and packages, we know this 100%. They now deny having this package, yet all others at the same time were delivered. The likely issue is it was misrouted / lost or their was a label issue (damage). After a few checks we offered a replacement or refund, the buyer opted for a refund. The review email is automated and sent a certain number of days after shipping. Again, please accept our apologies for this issue with the shipment.

“I'd come to PicStop because they had a nice sale of the Vanguard 3+ carbon tripod, which I'd been oogling for a few days. After my order, customer service mailed with the message that my order could not be sent out yet, because of difficulties with transport at the border (a combination of covid and Brexit restrictions, I reckon), and asked me how to proceed. Customer service, Paul, was very friendly and helpful, and even though I have not been able to receive my package just yet, I've been very satisfied with my experience, and can recommend the website wholeheartedly. Hello, After you issued a Paypal case against us we applied a refund, until that point we were unaware of any issue with this order. “ordered the celestron astromaster LT70SAZ telescope for my dad for christmas who is a huge space enthusiast and he’s extremely pleased with it! I looked on all the big retailers’ website and couldn’t find a decent telescope to buy as they had all sold out but after coming across picstop, I was so pleased and relieved to see the array of stock they had especially around the busiest time of the year! plus the delivery was super speedy and came much quicker than I anticipated - thank you so much team!”

Apologise for the late delivery of this item ordered just before Christmas. I see it arrived today and was five working days overdue. Tracking no. 0B0287968000365802309. Your item was delivered on 09-01-2021. (shortly after your review) I am sorry for this lengthy delay, as you may already be aware from extensive media coverage there were siginificant delays with mail over the Christmas and early new year period.
