“The staff were very helpful and they did fun things like 12 days of Christmas where they gave out gifts on instagram each of those days which was lovely. The main complaint I'd have was being promised a professional house share when it turned out everyone was a student apart from me and people coming round most weeks (sometimes a couple of times) to make adaptations to the property. We were nearly always told in advance but it felt as though i didn't live there sometimes. I understand they need to do work for those potentially moving in but I paid rent while these things were happening and they did effect me and my life. Also, when I moved in there was an extra bin that wasn't in the inventory so I obviously didn't know of its existence. We were later all charged when the council found it down the street. I was not aware of this at all as it wasn't in the inventory. Mostly a good experience however.”

“Communication via phone was quick, easy and organised. Helpful as viewings able to be booked with short notice. Friendly and helpful estate agents both during viewings and whilst signing. Only criticism, on some viewings could not see all rooms”

Thank you for your review! It was lovely to meet you all. We agree - It can be frustrating when you're unable to view all rooms on a viewing. We try to avoid this as much as possible, but we do have to respect our tenants wishes... Especially on a Sunday ;-)

“We viewed some student houses with Pickard. They were very professional when showing us properties. He could answer any questions we had, and was very welcoming and helpful. We didn't end up moving in the end but if we did, we definitely would have considered going with Pickard.”

“Pickard have been quick and keen to resolve any problems we have had in the property. The staff are very helpful and pleasant to talk to. My housemates and I feel very comfortable in our property and reassured that any issues will be resolved.”

“Our house is fully equipped with both burglar and fire alarms which made us feel very safe. It also has a very handy 24 hour maintenance emergency line too if anything were to go wrong. Overall, a good experience from signing the contract to moving in.”
