“Very efficient and easy to use website. Coins arrived quickly and safely.\nShow both sides of coins. Show credit card charges up front to avoid having to back-track and then put debit card details in. Need more detail on site on quality of coins/finish and side by side bullion value (other than for Troy oz coins), coin cost for bullion quality, coin cost for proof etc. With percentage increase in brackets perhaps. Increase accessories - perhaps some mini pirate treasure chests.”

“I made the first contact after doing some research online; Physical Gold kindly phoned me back with advice and explained in detail the process of buying Gold. This was backed up with emails and phone calls over the coming days. When I had concerns, it was always the same person would call me always promptly with answers to my questions, I would absolutely recommend Physical Gold.”

“The support on a first order was very good. Based on the spot price as indicated by phone, one places an order via a PDF form. Then one transfers the money, plus a small margin. (The spot price will move up or down between ordering and paying by bank transfer. PGF then fulfil the order and refund the difference by cheque). There has to be a good reason why they do things this way as opposed to competitors who simply quote and sell on the instant. I suppose they need protection from price movements during the delays inherent in this process.\nAfter I placed my order, they needed to supply a slightly different item. This was marginallly higher value but they held the original price, which was good of them.”
