“On bank holiday weekend I emailed a few bullion companies and got a response from only one. physicalgold.com. the person on the other end happened to be none other than their CEO Dan who took his valuable time out to personally email me back and forth to answer all my general questions, Dan was immensely patient and helped me without being pushy and his service was secure and straightforward and immediate [unlike when u deal with big companies who make u wait all weekend and have multiple agents who deliver impersonal service]and he really did everything he could to put my mind at ease like offer to send me a certificate, And this is the CEO himself humbly giving me his direct time! I was sold at this point already thoroughly impressed by his customer service!And this is before i found out he was a mine of information with lots of experience and expertise in the field [especially benefited from his insights on webpage and liked his YouTube videos as well].
