“The process for ordering and payment. In this particular instance, though the advert seemed to suggest that the product was in, in fact delivery was still awaited. There was no communication from the company as to the status of the order. I would suggest that if there is going to be a delay, a short update email, outside of the automated emails might allay any concern the purchaser may have about delivery timeframes. That being said, once I'd contacted Physical Gold, they responded within minutes.”

The bar you bought was our ‘best value’ 5g gold bar https://www.physicalgold.com/buy-gold-bars/5-gram-gold-bars/best-value-5g-gold-bar The image on this product doesn’t show any laminated bars and is an example only, as the bar is any of our choosing, depending on stock levels. As the description explains, this is a great choice to obtain the lowest possible price for a 5g gold bar and you should pay a little extra for the Metalor 5g bar if the exact brand and packaging is important to you. Rest assured that we buyback laminated and unlaminated bars at the same price.

“I’ve known of the Physical Gold team for some time but this is my first purchase, the process was straightforward and the only problem I encountered was of my own making, my phone wasn’t bio-metric enabled and small daily amounts were only allowed by my bank.. Physical Gold held my price for as long as it took me to sort my payment restrictions out. I would recommend Physical Gold to anyone. The advice given re-coins over non coin purchases could prove to be valuable as capital gains are not due on coinage. 👍”
