“I was very happy with the customer service. The only downside was the timing needed for the delivery. I found it was a very good that you phoned me, made me aware of the delays with the delivery - excellent personal touch, and in addition you replied to all my emails in a fairly short period of time. If I sold you the metals, in the future, would you be able to throw in the £50 voucher, because at the moment, I am not planning to buy more metal. Best wishes, Alenka”

“I am very satisfied with how Physical Gold and am nearly ready to place a second order together with my partner. Even at hectic times I was called back very quickly. The advice was helpful and unbiased given that I was informed of gold investment possibilities other than physical gold. Not unreasonable, delivery was delayed for a few weeks due to the lockdown but I didn't feet and was delighted when my parcel arrived. I am starting a small local gold club and hope to buy gold from you for the club. Training videos and other information very useful too and helped build my confidence and trust.
