“I'm afraid that I have not received my BNF yet. ORDER NUMBER IS 00091097, ordered on 23rd February. I would be grateful if you could help? Once sorted can give you a star rating. I had a very prompt reply from PP with ref to above dilemma and it was clarified that as not available till 23rd March, will be sent as soon as available at printers. Very happy rapid response!”

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes, as we accept no such liability. You cannot prepay these taxes from our site. If you are a lecturer, you may be eligible to receive an inspection ebook of some of our textbooks. We had received confirmation from our fulfilment company that you had got in touch with themselves directly since your review and were advised that DPD returned your order in error. “Very efficient delivery; received within 3 days via DHL. The only drawback is that I had to pay extra as a Tax Import apart from the postage; probably due to Brexit. But nonetheless very satisfied with your service.”
