“Poor communication Two "supposed" deliveries 0 items received”

“I keep on asking for improvement on the website (adding mock up generator for back of the Kids Varsity jacket) for seems like forever now. Nobody seems to give me answer why it's not done (it's available for adult jackets). I am getting tired now. I was told I can place order and send files by email. Only now I'm getting email saying that the files never reached them and order needed to be with customer by today. This is not feasible as busy season is coming, the system has to work smoothly. There seems to be only one person for customer service chat available and email inquiries take long time to get a reply, please hire more customer service!”

“I ordered a Sleeveless Hoodie. I like that the print came out very clear. The text is a little tilted. If you put text up on the chest move it down about an inch or so, that might fix the way it tilts. It's sort of slimming. Hugs a bit. I like to wear a medium because I want clothing not to hug me. It's not bad but just a bit snug.”

Thank you for the wonderful service, I made a mistake on my order and realised late one evening, so I messaged you, hoping it wasn't too late, the next morning around 9am, someone called me to discuss and changed it with no fuss. Great customer service. My 8 year old is running a marathon for cancer research (1 mile a day for 26 days) he is on day 16 today, so the t shirt is great for his last 10 days. He has quite a following now, so people will now know it's him when he runs past.”

“I ordered 9 personalised football tops for a hen do, Tom was brilliant he helped me with my constantly changing design and helped me get it just perfect. The sizes were spot on and the quality was brilliant especialy given the low price, I was very surprised and pleased. I will be buying more of the sportwear tops just to wear at the gym! The bride to be loved the tops and this really made the hen do extra special - thanks again Tom and Doodletogs”
