When booking was not given the option to pay a deposit and had to pay the full balance 4 months before arrival date. Had very limited information on the confirmation and had to email for further information.

I contacted Pets Pyjamas as my wife is a full time wheelchair user and none of the hotels advertised on the Pets Pyjamas website had any mention about accessable rooms.They kindly found one for us at a reasonable price, booking and paying for a long weekend, nearly £500. I then had an email the following day to say that the room rate quoted was wrong and that I owed about another £100. As everything about the place chosen was right for us, I chose to pay but under protest, as either the hotel or Pets Pyjamas had made the error.

A week after I booked a cottage and paid 30% deposit, there was still no follow-up email with full details to say the booking has been confirmed. I sent an email enquiry a few days ago and still there was no reply!

Trying to book using vouchers is unnecessarily difficult if you have more than one voucher. Recently using two vouchers having to get them converted into one voucher and then pay the difference on a card to wait 24 hours to get an email that says “we’re waiting for confirmation of your booking….” Seriously? The voucher and CC should be confirmation enough.

Filters dont work well . After putting in options ,you then get inappropriate results After giving a 'price from' for a booking ,some then ask for a form to be completed before giving a fixed price ..which is then way higher . Complete waste of time going that route When booking say a couple of nights ,you get offered a load of hotels with priced based on 7 days ,with ludicrous prices . Again a failure of filters

I’m not sure whether our booking got lost, or whether I was expecting something by booking with you rather than direct with the venue, but there were no provisions in place for a dog, so it was good that we had taken our own bed and bowls! If we stay there again, I will make the booking direct with the venue as it was the same price etc as quoted on your website.

Extremely easy online booking experience, I thought. I am extremely unhappy that, although it states refundable, it does not include people, like us, who paid full in advance,which seems ludicrous to me, so if my husband falls ill again, we lose all the payment. I should have asked, prior to booking, Pets Pyjamas to fully explain their terms as they appear ambiguous to me. The refundability terms should be made more transparent on the booking form. I should have gone with Booking.com or booked direct as usual.

Team were helpful with my last minute request. However the hotel insisted on charging me again so as it stands I have paid twice. The room was perfect, with treats, bowls and a bed for my puppy.

Your booking procedure is poor. You have no prices and so we are forced to choose one type of room to find the price which is poor. I got a price but had to ask for other options. You are a dog friendly hotel and I had to choose the breed...my dog is mixed and you have no option for small mixed breed. Thete are very few pictures of the accommodation and they are hard to find.

Could not get anyone to answer phone . Very upset about this , plus I was offered £25 discount , I paid then they said I could not get the £25 discount because I had already paid. They would leave it as a credit, next time I booked , if I book again, so all in all not a 100% happy. They said would phone next day and tell me what the out come was with my complaint and info on parking at the cottage , waiting to see how I pick up key. Wait and see how this holiday goes , it's my 70 th so hope everything else is good.🤔

The booking process doesn’t work. I got caught in a perpetual loop of filling in your form & then getting an email from you to do exactly the same again. I went round the same loop 3 times. Eventually I emailed you to get resolved which you did . My other comments would be that (1)the price of the room was larger than you first indicated (2) The booking says double room. Is this a small double or kingsize? This is not clear. (3) The clause about paying the remainder of the invoice nearly a month before we stay there is hidden at the bottom of the booking form. I thought I would pay when I got there and today got a demand for the balance. This is an underhand practice & leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

I was gifted a PetsPyjamas gift card- I found the website very hard to navigate when looking for a certain price range as when you select the dates you’d like to travel it states ‘based on a 7 night stay’ price, then when you click into the accommodations for 2/3 nights (which I was looking for) the price was completely different. I think having the price show on the searches for your selected dates would be much better and less stressful to navigate.

The quote came quickly but on finding somewhere cheaper although it was says they will price match they wouldn’t honour it . Which was disappointing

Sorry but usually my experience with PP is excellent. But after I booked this holiday I discovered my husband has commitments for that week. So I could not find a way on your website to make changes so I immediately called Claire, my contact, had to leave a message and your service center and so far no one has treated this sufficiently for me as meanwhile the other date I submitted may have been taken. Not happy and patiently waiting as I have paid in advance and fully!

Website good - but when I came to use the £25 off for my first booking - disappointed to learn it was only valid if £250 was spent - no mention on this on the email offering it

Trying to book a cottage taking 3 dogs was frustrating as despite setting up 2 adults and 3 dogs many of the selection did not allow 3 dogs
