I booked a break as a special present for my son and his girlfriend. Lynda could not have been more helpful and made the process very easy, even when we had to change dates. Will hopefully use again and next time for ourselves and have no qualms about recommending this professional and friendly organisation

Great service, nice people to talk to on the ohone and via emails. Only dropped a star because i was trying to make multiple bookings at the same hotel overnight for on the way, and again on the way back from visiting friends and was unable to do this in one transaction which made the process not as smooth as it might have been. Otherwise great, thank you.

I try to book on my phone Apple 13 but just went around in circles but managed on my ipad using Chrome… The “coupon” section should b a little clearer maybe saying “Add voucher code” sounds a negative feedback however overall pleased with my booking

Whilst I made two enquiries (or thought I did) for short breaks in January and March- the two emails did not reflect my enquiries. One had the wrong dates (January enquiry) and the the March enquiry for Yorkshire had a January date. A third link via text had the correct info and so completed the booking. Made an interim enquiry re half board with no response yet but march booking is now confirmed. Not confident about the website and the way the enquiries are managed.

The experience of booking with pets pyjamas was nothing like we expected. Paula went beyond what booking agents do toing and froing between her and hotel staff to ensure we will enjoy our holiday and our dogs holiday even as we are elderly couple with limited mobility. I remember my wife and I stayed in Lake District in similar big house before pandemic, the same treatment then and now. We will continue to holiday with this organisation.

Lovely people but too many of them dealing with each booking and as a result there was total lack of communication between the Agents. A disaster with the hotel I booked due to lack of information. Pets Pyjamas appear to be too frightened to upset the hotels they work with and one gets the feeling they are more concerned about them than the client. I had to call an Agent almost daily to sort out the many problems with The Polurian Hotel in Cornwall. After a continuous battle but no apologies I have been promised compensation of one night's accommodation and seven days on I am still waiting. In spite of my contract being with Pets Pyjamas, they expected me to deal with the hotel regarding all the various complaints. This was a three star hotel charging 4 star prices. I asked for a quiet room and was allocated a dark, depressing room with the car park right outside my window. I was then moved twice; once to a room I was told I would have to vacate after two nights and then to another room with the wind howling (no exageration, I have the recording) all night. Eventually after three nights a very helpful maintenance man duct taped the windows which enabled me to be able to sleep and to stay warm. It was appalling. All this for the best part of £3000 for one person for 11 nights. The menu barely changed and the presentation was basic. Vegetables were mostly an extra charge and consisted of kale, kale and more kale unless one made a point of asking for 'no kale please'. Never again either Pets Pyjamas or The Polurian.

PetsPyjamas takes all the frustration and time wasted trying to find suitable accomodation for your breaks. We have used them for some years now and all their staff are so understanding and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend their service.
