“Booking was easy. They were quick to reply stating a room had been secured for our stay. They prompted me to book a short time later after I had forgotten. Very smooth booking experience.”

“It’s the first time I searched a dog friendly hotel with PP and found them really helpful with lots of choices. I was also looking at other places with a different booker as couldn’t decide on coast or country. I felt a little bombarded with texts, emails & phone calls as I wanted a few days to make my choice without pressure. Eventually I booked with PP, so happy with the outcome. The Country won and the hotel looks amazing.”

“I rang PetsPyjamas and my problem was sorted in minutes! I was struggling to find somewhere at short notice and for only one night that was dog friendly... The delightful Ashliegh was friendly and efficient and made it happen in a jiff. From now on PetsPyjamas will be my first port of call 😃 Thank you.”

“Easy to book. Great to have details and phone number of a pet travel expert and customer support team . You can’t beat speaking to an actual person, rather than a ‘chat bot’ if things need clarification.”

“Booking process was great but to receive a welcome gift - 'x' amount off your first booking after the first booking was made kinda stings a little. Did raise this but had no reply as yet and when this review email arrived what else am i to do but leave my 2 star review here! Like most of my school reports - could do better!”

“Really easy to book with the dog. Most times it means phone calls and emails before you can be sure that the dog is welcome and is definitely booked in and expected on the day. Great idea. Will probably use again and will recommend. Just hope i dont get inundated with emails now 😊”
