“I arrive at the hotel and it is closed. The phone number doesn’t work, and the Pets Pyjamas “customer delight” team is a voicemail. Dismal.”

“The booking experience was fast and easy. I browsed the website and submitted enquiries for a couple of properties. Almost immediately, Linda called me to discuss our requirements and ask about our pets. She was friendly, efficient and professional. She contacted the properties for availability - only one was. She sent the payment link and we made the purchase. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Excellent booking service.”

“Had a problem trying to book online so did the online chat and had a phone call from their representative. She was brilliant and was able to look up availability and sort out prices really quickly. She also had a very clear and pleasant telephone manner and was extremely professional. I would thoroughly recommend them.”
