Unfortunately when I was trying to book my stay the dats I was trying for kept changing so much so I nearly didn't book a stay with you

I contacted Pets Pyjamas as my wife is a full time wheelchair user and none of the hotels advertised on the Pets Pyjamas website had any mention about accessable rooms.They kindly found one for us at a reasonable price, booking and paying for a long weekend, nearly £500. I then had an email the following day to say that the room rate quoted was wrong and that I owed about another £100. As everything about the place chosen was right for us, I chose to pay but under protest, as either the hotel or Pets Pyjamas had made the error.

Shocking! Booked a 4 night stay only to be told on the check in day that the price was wrong and would need to pay an extra £235 or reduce to a 3 night stay . No trust in Kings Head hotel in Cirencester or Pets Pyjamas so cancelled the entire break

Time from first speaking to Lucy with our requirements to receiving confirmation of booking with the hotel she found us was all achieved in one evening. Thanks - we are looking forward to our dog walking holiday in the Malverns.

Some very nice hotels etc on your list, though in England only (?) and most seem to be in the South. But excellent prices (seems to be cheaper than booking direct with the hotel), with friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't book directly online as I should have been able to, not sure whether this was a problem with the web site or my browser, but sorted eventually when I phoned. Also slightly confused by many different phone numbers shown on your web site and on emails, at least one of which is no longer in service (I'm sure I commented on this last time). Overall though, good service and we'll use you again.

The Little Barn in Hoxne Suffollk is just beautiful, comfortable, clean, welcoming, Really did not want to leave and tour around it was so relaxing. The local is ok if you like pub grub Superb location Guy and Caron outstanding and kind

A week after I booked a cottage and paid 30% deposit, there was still no follow-up email with full details to say the booking has been confirmed. I sent an email enquiry a few days ago and still there was no reply!

Having researched hotel options and got thoroughly confused we found PetsPyjamas and so began a clearer idea of what was realistically available for us and our beloved Monty. In deciding what we wanted we did some chopping and changing. This was met with smooth guidance and efficiency. We are now looking forward to experiencing our chosen hotel stays.

Really helpful team, relatively quick to respond. Wanted to change dates, so needed to wait a day or two to hear back from the hotel. Would have loved automatic booking instead, but wasn't an issue. I could have got it cheaper on another website, but decided to go with petspyjamas due to the support and additional benefits of dog stays included, vet support if required etc. Would make this more prominent for other people as a reason why to go with you instead of another.

The company has been very patient as I’ve dithered about before making the booking. It makes sense to use Pets Pyjamas as it saved £105 charge for my dog for a three night stay plus the benefit of 24/7 vet.

Trying to book using vouchers is unnecessarily difficult if you have more than one voucher. Recently using two vouchers having to get them converted into one voucher and then pay the difference on a card to wait 24 hours to get an email that says “we’re waiting for confirmation of your booking….” Seriously? The voucher and CC should be confirmation enough.

trying to find a staging venue on our long journey down south with two dogs was made a lot easier by using Pets Pyjamas. I knew that i was going to find suitable accomodation without the hassle of finding out if they were dog friendly. It looks a really lovely Inn for the way day down and we are looking forward to going there. I am about to look for similar on the way back
