“Love them have always used them. They make it easy to search and even better when you ask the concierge to help you find something. Esther in particular was really helpful and came back to us with lots of cottages and locations and with a mix if variety of location”

“I'd had difficulty in making the booking and the advisor emailed me to say was it OK for them to call me as soon as the lines were open. They did, straight away. The advisor was friendly and knowledgeable and we established what the problem was.”

“I booked a room for 2 adults, 1 child and a dog. When we got to our room there was no bed for our daughter. We were moved to another room which wasn't big enough for a pull out bed but they squeezed one in. We were told by the hotel they don't do family rooms so not sure whey Pets Pyjamas sell this hotel as a room that can sleep 3?”

“I had already had one short break away and wanted to book another for later in the year. I had trouble with the booking but they were in it straight away away knowing there was a problem and even phoned me in the evening as they promised they would get back to me. I was so pleased with service and confirmation of my booking has been confirmed. First rate service.”

“I provided as much info as possible and Jodie came back super fast, with a selection which all fitted our criteria. Once I made my choice she sent over my quote and I was booked up within an hour. I have since invited all my “doggy” friends to join the Facebook page!”

“Maria arranged it! 🙂 We three, a couple with a cute poodle puppy, had a great one week holiday in a holiday apartment in July 2022 in Mevagissey, Cornwall. We wanted to book the same apartment a year ahead for next July 2023 through Booking.com. It was available but with NO REFUND possibility. Ridiculous. Maria at PetsPyjamas stepped in and arranged the whole thing for us with great cancellation policy. Thank you ever so much, Maria! 🙂 G & T Surrey, UK”

“Looking for a vacation at short notice (the next day) and searching the internet I could not find anything. Came across PetsPyjamas and rang them directly. Brilliant service found the right place with an amazing package to go with it. I would highly recommend using them.”
