What a fab idea we always struggle to find hotels/bed and breakfast for Riley to come away with us. I have lost track of how many times I have booked a “dog friendly” hotel and when I call them to confirm i find out they are not allowed in the bars/restaurant areas and they are expected to stay in the room when we are having food. So they are actually not dog friendly at all! We have booked a 2 night stay and Adam was helpful and quick to respond to my enquiries even though I got dates wrong he sorted it out for me. Looking forward to our stay Thanks

I couldn't book online, there were problems with debit card and with paypal. I tried calling but was asked to leave name and number, but I was anxious not to lose the booking, because availability was already so scarce in January. Also, the online system wanted me to pay the full amount, but this was 5 months prior to the holiday dates, which seemed harsh. I tried again online, but without success, so I telephoned again. Once I got through everything was excellent, and Linda offered me the choice to pay 30% as a deposit until 12 weeks before the booking. I have knocked off one star due to payment problems, and one for trying to take 100% in order to secure the booking.

Lynda was so helpful and patient whilst I decided what hotel to book. This is my 4th time booking a holiday with PetsPyjamas, I've never been disappointed so I'm looking forward to my next one this year.

When making a reservation online it would be helpful if the requests in the comments book were passed on to the hotel, especially when they are marked as essential. This was not done with our recent reservation. Neither was a request for a phone call back made. 24 hours was given by you as the time frame in which the call back would be made. It used to be that calls to you were answered live as it were. No call back to date. Had to call the hotel direct. No category for this below.

Booked our second staycation with Maria at petpyjamas, Maria is very friendly ensuring that our stay at the accommodation is just right for us, one thing I especially like is that the hotel knows we are going to turn up with our fur baby with no hidden additional nightly cost, which we have experienced on several occasions as we have inferior room for which we have to pay more, why hotels think our four legged friends are more destructive and dirtier than any other families is beyond me as I do know some pet owners may not be as respectful as they should but neither are many humans. We are assured by booking through Ppj”s that we will not be discriminated against and can expect the same standard of rooms as everyone else, well we are paying the same price, you also get some little added benefits for our pets - bonus

We used PetsPyjamas after a recommendation from a friend. We managed to find just what we needed, a short break away with 2 of our dogs but close enough to get back to our 3rd dog who was staying with a relative (if necessary). Loads of lovely choices, we will certainly be using this site again in future

We have had several holidays with our 2 dogs, booked through Pets Pyjamas and have been very pleased with your efficient friendly service. I would particularly like to mention Maria who went to great lengths to help us with our upcoming booking to The White Hart in Sussex. Nothing was too much trouble and our queries were replied to promptly and efficiently. She was charming and delightful to speak to, an asset to your company.

It was my first time using pets pyjamas but I will be using them again. Angela made booking a hotel really easy and trouble free. Had a great trip away in Brighton with our two dogs
