Having never used 'Pets Pyjamas' I was a bit warry. Having looked on line and found some places that could be suitable, I received a phonecall from Zahraa who was extremely helpful. She offered to send me some recommendations following my preferences that I required. This she did and phoned me back. There was one I was interested in which she said is very good. With her helping i booked it and am now looking forward to our midweek break in June. I would like to thank her and look forward to the accommodation living up to expectations.

Excellent experience at our first booking for a hotel near Bridgewater - not just pet friendly but pet welcoming - we have come back for a hotel for the Easter weekend in Scotland and a cottage in the Lake District for our Summer break in early July

The booking process doesn’t work. I got caught in a perpetual loop of filling in your form & then getting an email from you to do exactly the same again. I went round the same loop 3 times. Eventually I emailed you to get resolved which you did . My other comments would be that (1)the price of the room was larger than you first indicated (2) The booking says double room. Is this a small double or kingsize? This is not clear. (3) The clause about paying the remainder of the invoice nearly a month before we stay there is hidden at the bottom of the booking form. I thought I would pay when I got there and today got a demand for the balance. This is an underhand practice & leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

I was gifted a PetsPyjamas gift card- I found the website very hard to navigate when looking for a certain price range as when you select the dates you’d like to travel it states ‘based on a 7 night stay’ price, then when you click into the accommodations for 2/3 nights (which I was looking for) the price was completely different. I think having the price show on the searches for your selected dates would be much better and less stressful to navigate.

Booking a one night stay at The Mole Resort in Devon was very easy but the resort was not up to expectations. The signage when you drive in was very poor as was the signage for the rooms. Their web site is not at all clear as we thought that bath robes and slippers were supplied but not a goody bag for our dog. We had a goody bag for our dog, most of which was totally unsuitable for his age and size but we did not get the the bath robes and slippers. I rang the resort as ask if the room we were allocated was on the ground floor and explained that our dog had difficulty with stairs and was told it was a ground floor room, it was a ground floor room when you get into it but you could only access it down 6 or 7 steps. Also the only restaurant we could take him into was in a cellar and once again had a full flight of stairs to negotiate. Finally we were not told that the restaurant/bar bill which came to £71.89, which was for a two course meal for two with coffee, 1 pint of beer and 1 pineapple juice, included a service charge of £7.99. I object to service charges as I think people should be able to leave a tip at their discretion. I would not go to this venue again or recommend others to visit.

I recieved my personal quote really quickly. I went back and changed the hotel a few times and there was always a quick response. would definately use again!
