Not as good as previous booking. I went in cicles to finally lost the original booking and had to re-arrange different dates. Different staff assured me in the first 3 days that my booking was confirmed, only payment didn't go through. When the confirmation arrived, it was not the same room and traveling party detail was wrong. Only on the 4th day, Lucy came on board and had everything sorted out. Unfortunately she couldn't find the original booking, she did manage to find us the same hotel, same room, just on a different date. I was very pleased with her efficiency and good service.

It doesn’t state on the confirmation email which room was booked so a bit worried we might have a basic room. Would be good to see twin room options. Overall great experience booking very easy ! Looking forward to our stay . B eing in the industry myself, it will be nice to be Customer for a change ☺️

We needed 3 rooms for 4 people plus 1 dog and found it difficult to arrange online. I needed to verbally explain what was required. It took a little longer than expected due to my first choice not being available, however a little later in the month was booked. It did take a few days. Hi

The experience was a little confusing to start with. The first booking request issued did not appear to work. I then set up an account and things seam to move forward. When your website says expect an email you should say how long It may take, otherwise you think nothings happened. I spoke by email to a member of your team and that was great, all queries sorted very effectively.

It would have been a more personal service, to have had the opportunity to speak with a PetsPyjamas concierge, as per my previous bookings, rather than an online payment transaction, what’s happened to the personal touch?!

It’s the first time I searched a dog friendly hotel with PP and found them really helpful with lots of choices. I was also looking at other places with a different booker as couldn’t decide on coast or country. I felt a little bombarded with texts, emails & phone calls as I wanted a few days to make my choice without pressure. Eventually I booked with PP, so happy with the outcome. The Country won and the hotel looks amazing.

Booking a one night stay at The Mole Resort in Devon was very easy but the resort was not up to expectations. The signage when you drive in was very poor as was the signage for the rooms. Their web site is not at all clear as we thought that bath robes and slippers were supplied but not a goody bag for our dog. We had a goody bag for our dog, most of which was totally unsuitable for his age and size but we did not get the the bath robes and slippers. I rang the resort as ask if the room we were allocated was on the ground floor and explained that our dog had difficulty with stairs and was told it was a ground floor room, it was a ground floor room when you get into it but you could only access it down 6 or 7 steps. Also the only restaurant we could take him into was in a cellar and once again had a full flight of stairs to negotiate. Finally we were not told that the restaurant/bar bill which came to £71.89, which was for a two course meal for two with coffee, 1 pint of beer and 1 pineapple juice, included a service charge of £7.99. I object to service charges as I think people should be able to leave a tip at their discretion. I would not go to this venue again or recommend others to visit.
