“The website is great and the Hotels look fab. Slightly anxious that I have not as yet received a confirmation email - Not sure how long this should take but it has been quite a few days so perhaps advise the client once the payment has been taken that this may take a while.”

“Our original choice of hotel was not available, a quick call to Sam to find an alternative resulted in us booking immediately in a more suitable hotel slightly cheaper and in a better location for our needs. Our 2nd booking with Pets Pyjamas and this one was just as successful as the first.”

“I’m so glad that I found this website that will be very useful in the future as we’ve just got a puppy in the last six months which we’d like to take with us everywhere. This website will be invaluable. Easy to use and the response time is excellent From Claire. She was very quick to answer any questions about seating arrangements in restaurants menus, et cetera and I would recommend her to anybody who wants to go away with her furry friend.”

“Simple booking system. Confirmations received and kept up to date. Would not have found this dog friendly hotel without you. Booking confirmed from Hotel same day. “I find the site annoying as I have to keep putting in my dates. Also I would like to be able to look at the prices without sending a request to PP. I like the fact that you don't need to worry about booking a dog friendly room as done automatically with PP & you also know that all the accommodation is pet friendly. I requested the wrong dates and this was rectified quickly once I realised and contacted PP.”
