“Alison was amazing. She helped suggest locations & hotels, taking into account what I was looking for in a weekend away. Communication was excellent & come back with detailed quotes, followed up & negotiated with the hotel to get me the best deal possible. Very happy customer! Thank you”

“Mostly good. Booking procedure was good and the call received from customer service advisor was fine. However a bit disappointed with the hotel that was recommended as they made no arrangements for us having a dog with us.”

“I love this site they sought dog friendly hotels and find great deals for a few nights. This is my second booking through PetsPyjamas and definitely won’t be my last. I’ve been so disappointed with other hotel booking companies that give you a list of so called Pet Friendly hotels to find the ones you try to book don’t accept pets. So thank you PetsPyjamas for you efficient service.”

“Made a 3 night booking on PP with help from Alison and then tried to extend it to 4 nights. Sadly someone else gazumped us and confirmed their booking just seconds before we did. So we lost the 3 day one. Alison made several attempts at other hotels in the area but was unable to secure a booking that met all our requirements. She was terrific in trying to assist us. We will definitely be back to this PP site in the future. Thanks loads Alison you were a star.”
