Angela was so lovely and got us all booked in for Scotland she also looked at other cottages for us to see if that was an option

We needed a place to go with no fireworks, Angela has found us a place with excellent offer for DBB. We are looking forward to it. The actual booking was really easy.

I spoke with Lynda who was extremely personable and helpful. In no time at all she had sourced a couple of hotels within my budget. I was also delighted with some unexpected perks. I am looking forward to my stay and hope the hotel experience is as positive as the booking experience.

The booking staff could not be more helpful or knowledgeable. They listened to our budget and needs, gave us a number of choices and phoned us at our convenience and helped us to choose and book.

Made a long overdue booking with Angela this week. Angela listened carefully to what I was looking for and my parameters. She called and stayed in contact exactly when she said she would, was very friendly and accommodating. I was given a list of potential places to stay all fitting my expectations. Booking was straightforward and Angela was able to hold a reservation for me when I needed a bit more time. All good, friendly and helpful experience so far.

Website easy to navigate and find suitable accommodation in my areas of interest. Concierge was friendly, polite and efficient during the booking process. Thoroughly pleasent experience all round, just hoping that the holiday booked will be as good.

We have just booked our first pets pyjamas little vacation with our dogs. All done with the fantastic help of Lynda who kept in touch with us all along the way in trying to sort a hotel and providing a great package deal. Great service 😊

Great service gave a few properties I was interested in from the PP website and Sam checked each one for availability and advised me of cost of each. Made the decision she booked it, sent the payment link and confirmed. Would never have found the property if not for PP

Two problems occurred during the booking process. Firstly, the advertised three nights for two for £178 was not honoured because the hotel couldn't find the offer; we are now having to pay nearly £300 for the three nights. The advertising is obviously inaccurate, so as a gesture of goodwill and to comply with the offer, it would be appropriate for Pets Pyjamas to reimburse us for the difference. Secondly, I entered our details online seven times, and each time, I was taken back to the beginning, with the website asking me for information I had already submitted. In the end we phoned to book.

Hello Carolyn, I am sorry that you have not had a great first experience booking with PetsPyjamas. I have looked into your booking and the prices you may have initially seen for the package you booked would have been lower than the price you opted to pay due to low season and mid-week rates. I am unsure as to why our instant book service was experiencing difficulties, if guests are using a smart phone or tablet it can sometimes time out which might have been what was causing it to take you back to the start. We hope the rest of your journey with us is much more inline with our regular service. Thank you, Lauren
