“I would definitely recommend petair to anyone doing an international move. They were always prompt in their replies and no question was too silly! I wasoving to the U.S. The gentleman who picked up Libby from our home was great and made a great fuss of Libby. When it came time for her to hop in van, no stress or shaking as she doesn't like traveling in cars too much. I was always kept informed and every little detail was always communicated. Their online registration was great and when I had made a mistake on one of Libby's measurements they picked it up right away as it didn't seem right for her breed. Thank you to Zara Lindsey Debbie and Paul for everything! You are stars!! PS She was very happy as her duck toy arrived safe and sound on her crate!! Thank you Paul for making the extra effort????”

“My little Barney is only 4 months old, so of course I was a little nervous sending him off all on his own from London to HK! But everything went very smoothly, he arrived super relaxed and ready for his new life in the far East! Thanks again to all the team for the wonderful help!”

“Thank you so much for getting Dennis to New York safe and sound. It's quite a stressful experience for any pet owner and the whole team managed to reassure me of his well being throughout the entire process. I'm sure at times the staff must have thought I was a little over protective but never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Dennis loves his crate which we have kept (so large my husband had to hire a van to pick us up!). He was obviously very comfortable and appears none the worse for his trans-atlantic adventure. I found the entire process very professional from start to finish so in my opinion worth every penny. Thank you”

The crates have been used for many purposes after the flights - including as a TV stand and children's play house. Well done Dennis and have a fab time in USA

I am sorry to hear that. It is really tough as all the airlines have different rules regarding flying pets. Thanks for the feedback and we can make sure this is discussed sooner in the process of getting the pets booked.

“PetAir UK did a wonderful job arranging and shipping our two cats to the USA. Extremely professional, reliable and compassionate. Their customs broker in Atlanta was also superb. I especially worried about importing my Bengal cat to the USA. However, all went smoothly. Can't recommend this company enough!”

“Our three cats, 19,11 and 4 years old, had a fantastic time flying from Gatwick to malaga ! All arrived safe and well and are very happily settled in their new home in Nerja! Thank you Petair!”

“Excellent caring service, for both me and Cleo, our 14 year old cat. We recently relocated to South Africa and Bini at Pet Air made sure all the paperwork was in order to ensure a smooth entry. I received regular updates from her about the progress of the permits etc, and when I mentioned my concern about Cleo's age, I received a very kind call from the vet setting my mind at ease. We received Cleo's crate a few weeks prior to the move and she took to it immediately and slept in it. This helped tremendously to keep her calm when she was collected. From the moment Cleo was collected I was kept up to date with progress and reassurances that she was ok. Once we arrived Cleo recovered very quickly and after just 10 days she is settled in, happy and very curious about her new surroundings. Cleo recovered from this move far quicker than when we moved 10 miles a few years ago and I am in no doubt that the care and preparation we received from the Pet Air team played a major part in this, although the African sunshine is also helping :-) I would recommend Pet Air to anyone looking to relocate pets/4 legged children.”

“I would not hesitate to recommend Petair. I had a hundred questions before I decided to go with them and they were always very patient in their replies. The pick up of my two cats was very smooth. I was completely happy that they would be looked after as if they were their own pets. They even offered cuddles for my cats as they were staying over night. Both my cats are 16 years old and they arrived happy and unstressed having been flown from Heathrow to Belfast. I felt completely assured that they received all the care they needed. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone at Petair or should that be Petcair!”

“We had such a positive experience with PetAir shipping our puppy to Bahrain. We were kept up to date and fully informed of each step of the process which PetAir made wonderfully straightforward. Everyone we met or spoke to, from the office headquarters to the kennels near Heathrow, was so kind and just the kind of people who you want to be in charge of such a precious cargo! Thank you.”

“I really appreciate the work done by the folks at Pet Air. Each and every person I dealt with were kind, helpful and quick to respond. I had to make some changes to my pet's itinerary and contact details and these requests were dealt with immediately. The driver who picked up my cat was very kind and put me at ease regarding my pets trip. Any question I asked was answered and I felt very comfortable ( as much as you can with your pet) having them transport my pet to Canada from the UK. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to transport their pet.”

“First time dealing with moving our dog overseas and PetAir Uk were fantastic, helped me with all questions I had and made the process smooth and understandable. Rachel was helpful and professional and always replied to emails promptly. Tia has arrived safe and sound after her flight to Sydney and then again after quarantine up to Brisbane. Thank you all do much for looking after our precious cargo!!”
