“The service I received from petair has been world class. From initial conversations to the dogs being taken to Heathrow the support, advice and communication has been excellent. All people I spoke to were polite, knowledgeable and always so helpful. This was a huge undertaking for is putting our girls on a flight for 23 hours. Petair have me the confidence all would be ok. I/we couldn't have asked for more. We would recommend the gold service. Thank you all x”

“PetAir UK were very fast and efficient at every stage of the relocation process. Their price estimate came back on the same day of our request. Their online pre-flight check was very useful to make sure all has been covered for Sasha, our mog that travelled to the USA. Her flight went well and she is now very happy in our new home in Nebraska. PetAir UK took all the hassle out of her relocation, allowing us to focus on our own move. Thank you, guys!”

“Pet Air worked closely alongside my vet to enable my beloved dog to emigrate to Australia with us. They kept me informed every step of the way and even my own vet praised them highly! I was reassured by their friendly nature and obviously they've dealt with many apprehensive and nervous pet owners like myself, so treated the humans with care too! I appreciated the texts, calls and emails to inform me of the various stages of progress on her journey to Australia and felt happy she was in safe hands. I can't thank them enough, as my dog is now settled and happy. Wonderful staff, an amazing service! Well done to you all!”

“Now we have the time we would like to say a huge thank you to you for the relocation of our lucky little pooch Penny from the UK to Australia. You made the whole process simple and effortless. She has now spent a month in QLD and is loving it, new places (the beach - one of her favourites) new smells, and plenty of outdoor time. Once she got out of quarantine she seems to have instantly fallen back into a routine in her new life :)”

“My experience from start to finish was excellent . My initial enquiry was answered with everything I needed to know . When it came to flying my dogs and cat to fuerteventura where I was already living I did put Jackie in a corner changing the flying day but she did her utmost to get them out to me in only a few days . To her I am so grateful . It all went smoothly with my son meeting a pet air representative at gatwick . I received a text to say they had all been checked in safely . The travel boxes they came in were strong wooden animal carriers with comfy vet bed water and a puppy pad underneath for any accidents . My pets had a four hour flight and were in great shape ( if little overwhelmed ) when I collected them from the cargo area at the airport . I would highly recommend pet air”

“I would like to say thank you to petair for the service provided. I was very anxious about sending Tommy over to Australia and I had a million questions along the way but they answered them thoroughly & patiently which was great. Once Tommy was in petair care I felt reassured by the communication & photo I received that he was ok and it was a lovely surprise to receive a picture of him in Singapore too! I didn't think I'd hear about his welfare until he reached Australia so this little extra went a long way! I would both use & recommend petair for pet travel & our vet also commented on how organised the company was with regards to paperwork & treatments. She said that's not been her experience with other exporters & it can put a lot on responsibility on the vet to get the paperwork right so she was happy too!! So overall a 10/10 experience & we are happy that we used petair.”

“PetAir UK completed the relocation of our cat from London to Melbourne and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the beginning of the process through to the safe arrival in Australia, PetAir UK were attentive and considerate - understanding that whilst they deal with this situation daily, that we were anxious and uncertain. They put our minds at ease through their thorough communication and proactive was at each stage of the process. I would definitely use PetAir UK again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody else relocating their pet.”

“We had an extremely unusual case where originally we were only taking our dog from Qatar to the US (via a week in the UK) but then we wanted to add a 3 legged cat that we only adopted 6 weeks before our move and who wasnt able to stop in the UK due to her rabies status not being verified. During this incredibly stressful time, everyone at PetAir UK worked hard to help us arrange this and even though we eventually had to fly the cat direct to the US, the best solution was sourced for us by PetAir UK. Thank you everyone at PetAirUK, I'm really hoping not to move a pet abroad again, but if I do, I'll ask for your help.”

“Petair UK were a good choice for moving our Cairn Terrier dog and three elderly cats from London, UK to Denver, Colorado. They provided the carrier crates, arranged transportation to the airport kennels the day before departure, boarded them overnight and checked them onto our flight the next day at Heathrow. They were easy to contact throughout the weeks leading up to our international move, and answered all of my questions promptly and efficiently. The costs involved seemed reasonable to me, good value for money, and the animals all arrived safe and well and did not seem traumatized at all, this was about the best outcome I could have hoped for and I would recommend Petair UK to anyone nervous about moving their animals.”

“Thank You! I have to say that I was SO worried about my cat making her trip from London to Los Angeles. She is very anxious and scared of pretty much everything including all people. It really helped having your service to ease my anxiety, in fact it was the constant confidence from you that made me realise she would of course be just fine. However the day of the flight I just wanted her home with me. I really appreciated you answering all my questions over and over and giving me so much information. The hilarious thing is that she was completely unfazed about the trip and arrived and strolled out of her crate into her new home without a care in the world. She was settled within the day and is very happy in her new Californian life!”

“PetAir UK were fantastic in helping us move our three dogs to New Zealand. They worked with us brilliantly to ensure we found the best route to minimise the stress on the dogs. the custom built cages meant they travelled in as much comfort as possible, particularly important for the two deerhounds. the pre-flight paperwork was organised thoroughly and they liaised with our vet brilliantly to ensure we got all the tests done. The driver that collected them to take them up to Heathrow, was brilliant with the dogs and reassuring to the owners! Thank you PetAir.”

“Good service - all stages dealt with efficiently. The only thing stopping me from giving an excellent is the cost. It was hugely much more than others were quoting and had I been staying around in the UK for the whole process I would have gone with someone cheaper. Only the peace of mind factor made me spend so much.”

Thanks for your comments. Anything less than 5 stars is a disappointment, frankly. I guess that if we are offering a superior service and care and are a bit more expensive than others then that is ok. The other thing which Petair does for the pets going to Melbourne and no-one else does is to engage an agent in Singapore to walk the dogs and feed them and give an extra layer of care. “Petair were absolutely fantastic to work with. They organised everything quickly and efficiently and managed the whole procedure from the mountains of pre export paperwork right through to the quarantine without any issues. They put my mind at ease at every stage and looked after my dog really well. I had a veterinary point of contact who I could get hold of really easily and always phoned back quickly if he was busy. He explained everything thoroughly at each stage and this made the process so much less stressful. They provided such a personal service which was fantastic, and I never felt like just a number! Its quite a traumatic event putting your best friend on a flight for 24 hours and then leaving them in quarantine for 10 days but petair made it so much easier. Five star service, I cant thank them enough, if we ever needed to ship a pet again I wouldnt use anyone else!”

“I can only sum up the service of Petair UK in one word 'Amazing!'. Our two dogs set off on their journey from the UK to the US, and were superbly looked after, and the arrangements and relationships formed between us and Petair representatives were fantastic. They kept in clear communication at all times, and became surrogate family members to our two babies! Well Done Petair UK!”

“PetAirUK were absolutely wonderful with helping us get the wonderful dog Boo over to New York. I was so nervous about her flying (she's a rescue and can be quite anxious) but she handled it like a pro and it's all due to the great service you provide. Boo has settled in very well and all the things I had worried about didn't materialise - advice if you're flying an anxious dog is get a thunder shirt for when they arrive! It's really helped Boo to settle and I still use it if I have to leave her alone now. Great for anxious dogs. Thanks to all the staff at PetAir particularly vet Bob Ghandour who answered my many (many!) nervous questions about Boo and really helped to ease the worry. I highly recommend the service - we went for the gold package which of course is the most costly but it is worth it - PetAirUK took care of everything apart from the rabies vaccination and it really took the stress of off me when I was trying to relocate - the crate is great too will be keeping it in case I ever need to travel with Boo again. Highly recommend these guys!!”

“Though not the longest move it was complicated, involving four cats, three catteries, two road journeys and one boat trip. All worked perfectly and the cats were happy and well and have settled quickly in their new home.”

“Really happy with PetAir UK. This was a very stressful process for us, but they were very helpful and took charge of all the admin and diary scheduling for our move to Oz and our cat arrived happy and on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving their pet to Oz.”
