“Hi Zara & Victoria - I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for putting up with me getting Harry and Ella over to Dubai, no question was too silly for you and Nigel the driver was great too. The dogs don't seem phased by their journey at all and have settled down great. I would have no hesitation recommending Petair to anyone, your professionalism and 'personal touch' made a stressful process very easy. Thank you very much! Bernie”

“The customer service was superb. However many queries we had they were always fully dealt with patiently. It can be stressful having a well loved pet flown over many miles but throughout we knew Poppy was in good hands. From the man who collected her from our friend,; the chaps who made the brilliant crate; the lady who answered my call when I knew the plane from Heathrow was delayed by hours and found out all was well with Poppy; and of course to BIni who was excellent throughout. A big thank you to you all.”

“I was quite apprehensive transporting my 2 cats all the way to Perth, Australia but PetAir was excellent in every aspect for our big move. The service was personal, friendly and understanding of all the fears, legalities, paperwork and quarantine issues that were needed to get both Rufus and Nero to Australia. I would highly recommend PetAir.”

“The staff at PetAir are fantastic. The arrangements to move our kitty from the UK to the USA were seamless and went without a hitch. Staff were informative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.This is a FIVE STAR recommendation for a truly great service. “Very pleased with the service and our cat arrived safely and without any issues. Communication was very good from the Pet Air team. Only negative is that we were stung with an out of hours pick up surcharge of NZD 200 (about GBP100), as the flight arrived early on a Sunday morning into Auckland. I had requested a mid week flight, so this would have been good to know about earlier. Thank you to Pet Air for getting her here with her purr intact.”

“Bob has been an absolute gem with the safe travel of our French Bulldog called Zefi to Australia. We had all sorts of spanners been thrown into the works before Zefi's transit including: - Quarantine fees unexpected going up in Australia - Qantas unexpectedly changing the flight schedule to a PM flight making DAFF reject any dogs booked on the LHR-MEL fights into the Melbourne Quarantine station meaning Zefi had be quarantine in Sydney!! - Changing export permits to SYD from MEL. - Puppy warts appearing weeks before the flight Bob was always on hand to answer any queries and effectively deal with everything thrown at us. He's a real pet loving person and has a great knack for putting owners at ease when discussing anything troublesome or complicated. I'm so happy I chose Petair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.”

“Mike the Cat arrived in San Diego with no problems. Unlike his earlier trip to England when he spent the first two weeks hiding under a duvet, he walked out of his very classy bespoke wooden box and settled right in - obviously a good journey! Thank you all so much for your help, kindness and patience dealing with a worried owner.”

“Pet air UK did a fantastic job moving my dog Daisy from Scotland to Lanzarote. Must admit I was more stressed than Daisy. Everything went like clockwork as to handing DIaisy over in Glasow to collecting her in Lanzarote, when we collected Daisy at the other end and released her from her cage she was fine and not stressed out. I will be using PETAIRUK again when we return home for the summer. Many thanks Ruby, Roy and a big woof from Daisy Xxx”

“Petairuk provided an excellent service for our Shitzu cross Charlie, who was transported from London to sydney, Australia. We had the silver package which didn't include all dealings with the vets. With hindsightI would recommend a custom package that includes all correspondence with the vets. It was very time consuming having to deal with the vets but we eventually sorted everything out and Charlie is now living with us in Australia. He doesn't appear to have any lasting affects from his travels and has settled in brilliantly. Well done Petairuk for a service that was always handled efficiently and the customer service was great.”

“Taking my dog Daisy with me to Barbados seemed very daunting, but I did my research, and decided that PetAir UK were the people I would entrust with the arrangements and most importantly, the care of Daisy. Every step of the way, I felt assured that my concerns were addressed and that Daisy's safety and well- being was paramount. From the minute she was collected and began her journey, I was kept fully informed as to her progress. When I arrived in Barbados, Daisy having been put on the same Virgin Atlantic flight, I will never forget my relief and joy, at the sight of a happy and healthy dog being brought to me at the Animal Reception Centre. I cannot praise the PetAir team enough, and I would thoroughly recommend PetAir UK to anyone contemplating taking their dog overseas.”
