“We bought a lovely coral dog bed from PetnPony. The delivery was quick and the quality excellent. My only slight negative is that the medium is smaller than expected or indicated on the website. But it is beautiful.”

“I have not received the rug you sent me as DHL was ment to deliver on 20th August and didn't. It is now 23rd with a bank Holiday. I have spoken now to two people at DHL concerning this. Extremely bed delivery company. However I ordered the same rug from you a few weeks ago great rug hence buying the second one but had I have known delivery was going to be that bad I wouldn't have. It has put me off however ordering anything again.”

“Super service, there was a delay on the item I ordered (custom size, so had to be ordered from manufacture, who in turn had a substantial wait time) which Pet'n'pony promptly informed me of, and gave me the option of amending/ cancelling my order. As I did not need the item urgently I kept the order, and it ended up arriving with me three weeks ahead of the predicted arrival time. I really appreciated Pet'n'pony's excellent communication to keep me up to date with my order and efficient dispatch when it arrived with them. 100% would order with them again!”

“I ordered from pet n pony by accident as I clicked on it thinking it was my usual supplier. (the price was the same as my usual supplier) however there was a £3.99 delivery fee added which is not the same as my usual supplier. So I actually paid £3.99 more for exactly the same product and the charge was not made clear until it was too late. The service was as good as my usual supplier but just more expensive.”
